Really inconsiderate staff. Disappointing stay.

There were only two handicap spots in the front of the hotel, although there were about 4-5 "cafe only/20 min" spots right next to them. These were not van accessible. When asked, they said, "well there are 4 more behind the other building and the buildings are connected." Who thought of placing handicap spots (that are also not van accessible) that far away from the main building?I think the staff do not understand the significance of handicap spots. They looked at me as if I was daft and did not offer to allow me to park in the "cafe only" spots (it was closed at night by the way) or to move my room nearer to there other handicap spots in the other building. They just shrugged and said, "guess you'll have to find whatever you can." I am fairly certain that they are not in code with these handicap spots, as per the law, at least two should be van accessible. Most certainly not handicap friendly facility or staff.
There were no safes in the room, and no second lock on the door for security when you go to bed. Of course, they have you sign something saying you understand that they aren't responsible for any valuables in your room either. Nice. There was no air-conditioning, unless you count a very small poorly functioning air conditioner. We did better opening the windows. The pool was so chlorinated, it made my eyes water from down the hall, and was terribly dirty. The "free" wifi was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you visit angel fire.
