Check in was very easy and check out procedures are straightforward and simple. In the summer we did not need to check out heating devices and the air was cool enough that we didn’t even need to open a window. Highs were in the 70s and lows in the 50s. Location is a couple blocks from the chair lift and one could easily walk it. This space was perfect for our little family. Our 3 littles all fit in the second bedroom, and we were really happy with the main bed. They were comfortable and relaxing. This has everything you’ll need. It could easily fit 2 couples or a small family. The only complaint we had was the upstairs neighbors were really loud, but the property manager was understanding and helped us resolve the issue when talking with the neighbor didn’t help. She was very responsive and made everything so smooth. The location is so perfect for skiing/biking/hiking at Angel Fire. It is easy to get to and the reserved parking made unloading/loading a breeze. The property has had some very nice updates and it was very clean. It is in “walking distance” to the resort, but it is still a much easier and quick drive. Very close to everything in town.
