Quite ok but needs to improve the maintenance.

This is like a studio condo unit with a full size fridge and a mini kitchen. The building is quite new too. However, with the paint and floor tiles being white, I immediately notice dust on the floor (also top of the refrigirator). The aircon in our room also started being noisy after 2 hours of use so we were awaken in the middle of he night because of an engine-like sound the we were forced to turn it off. We told the front desk to have it serviced and they said they would (I am really hoping they would).
The free breakfast isn't something that I would recommend. It's composed of 6 korean side dishes (kimchi, bean sprout, cucumber, etc), a bowl of rice, fried egg and miso soup. Worst is you can't order anything else for breakfast. The menu is only for dinner.
This BB is right next to Lohas hotel/Well Being spa which is really great since you can have your massage until 12mn.
Overall, this hotel needs to improve their maintenance and breakfast serving. Otherwise, I think it is a good hotel if you have a car (as this is quite a far walk from the main road) and if your event is in Clark Freeport.
