Nice Hotel in OK Location

My first stay at Penthouse. All was OK, but nothing was spectacular. Elevators not working, so it adds time to wait for manual operator.

They lied about parking.

Never was able to check in. The only parking is on street. It is only a couple of spaces. It is probably full all the time. Staff not helpful at all. They said parking is my problem while still trying to get me to check in.

Nice hotel but too many problems for me

Location: If you like night life, it is in a good spot
Hotel was nice but hated the service. Hot water stopped working. Requested another room after 2 days. Hotel did not try to accommodate me. I had to go request change. Moved to 2nd floor room right next to night clubs. Noisy all night until 4am. Had to request cleaning of room. WiFi terrible. Had to call front desk when I needed to use elevator. No one informed me of that. Waited 10 minutes for elevator that kept going past my floor. Bedroom accommodations had bathtub in the bedroom. No separation between bedroom and bathroom. Overall, I will never use that hotel again, nor recommend it to friends. Towels were the cheapest I have ever seen. Had to call daily to get room cleaned.

Pros: Room comfort and furnishings
Cons: Pls see above---have an onsite mirco wave and have a source of freshly brewed coffee.
Location: Easy ride to R&B Club.
Overall the hotel provided a good experience. I suggest the hotel purchase a mirco wave and offer other than instant coffee.

Overall stay was the best Ive had to experience so far for hotels while in AC.

Great Hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Close to all the night life and eats, but quite and high standards hotel for the Philippines in this area.
Cons: Maybe some new towels and fix the blown light bulbs in the rooms. The lifts have played up both times I've stayed there which was a bit of a pain.
Location: Close to all the night life and eats/restaurants.
Great value for money in the area. Will stay here again and every time I'm in that area.

Good bed, bad wifi.

GOOD - comfortable soft bed, - great staff - nice frozen marguerita - TV can view movies via USB - location BAD - really bad unreliable wifi/internet (I go to Central Park rooftop bar for Wifi) - 1 of 2 lifts not working entire stay. Long wait for lifts. - towels are getting very tired.

did not work elevator.

Location: nightlife
There were two elevators, one was broken and the other one did not work normally. So, I walked up and down the 5th floor. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and it was not fixed for 7 days. If you have heavy luggage, make sure that it works properly and make a reservation.

I had a family emergency, had to cancel my trip in August..I can understand the penalty for one day but Expedia gave penthouse hotel 72 hours noticed for the other 2 days ..was hoping the hotel would be able to change my days as many times I've stayed at the Pethouse hotel , very disappointed with hotel management..not changing my review
