"It’s ok for a one night stay but anything longer no. Bass aren’t comfortable shower pressure was close to none. Music was blasting midnight of night. Property manager didn’t do much about it. Looks like people us it as permanent living."

"Staff and cleanliness were great. Rooms updated. The loungers by the water were very uncomfortable. Had to sit by the pool. Those loungers were much more comfortable. Several people smoking cigars which was unpleasant. The location was not what I expected. Not a lot of tourist things to do. Overall the hotel was very nice and comfortable"

"This was my second time at Gilbert’s but my first time staying there, I have no other word to use besides AMAZING! Genuinely loved the resort & staff so much. Rooms were exactly what they portray online, beautiful and clean. They have a company by the beach where you can rent kayaks and jet skis which was convenient. I will be coming back without a doubt. "

"The Staff was Great. from my first phone call speaking to Erta before my trip to check in with Jullianna who gave excellent recommendations on expeditions and restaurants to the breakfast staff who prepared a 5 star breakfast buffet with all the fixings. Eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, muffins etc This is how a hotel should do breakfast. :-) Great relaxing trip."
