Everything was great for check in..she was helpful, quick. But our room had a mold stench..had to spray Febreze to get the smell out but it was strong! Other than that it was great!

We went to breakfast and all the coffee options were terrible. There was at least a teaspoon of coffee grounds in every cup. We reported it to the staff person and they did not apologize or attempt to get us a decent cup of coffee. Despite having family in town there, we will not stay here again.

Frightful stay.
Our stay was not so good. Slow flushing toilet, tv remote worked off and on, very noisy air conditioner. Worst of off called and told me I was only booked for two nights when indeed I had a 3 night conformation. Was able to get me in the same room, but it interrupted my visit with worry over there error. Returned to the room, key didn’t work. Front desk staff that evening was helpful and kind, Abbie the next morning not so much.

The pool was very nice pretty and clean, had the Texas Star on the ground and a lovely Rock fountain pouring into the pool. Our room was very clean, did not have any weird odors no cracks or funkiness with the bathroom area or anything. Our bed was very very comfortable. The only thing was that our iron in the room looked brand new and I tried using it and no matter what setting it was on it wouldn't warm up so it could have just been a malfunction of the appliance and I reported it to the front desk. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had 2 rooms: Room 1 horrible musty mold smell/someone’s else’s socks left beside bed. Room 2 sink would not drain Pool is advertised but literally looked like milk. When asked was given no explanation just that they could try and find rec center passes for us. Not the worst stay I have experienced but for sure expected a better stay when branded a Best Western.

Pool was littered with glass beer bottles pool was also so cloudy you couldn’t hardly see the lights in the water more less the bottom tv volume didn’t go high enough to hear it and the ac would only go to 72 and couldn’t keep it cool enough to sleep comfortable

Our room had an A/C unit that wouldn't adjust to a temp below 76F and the room was super musty. We were given another room that chilled down nicely but the A/C was noisy and the smell was tolerable but still a bit damp smelling and I couldn't sleep. The iron did not work at all in one unit and we were in town for a formal wedding and needed a good iron, so we grabbed the one in the bad A/C unit.The pool was beautiful and the front desk was accomodating. The breakfast was sparse and I never saw an attendant restocking anything. I would only come back if I was assured the A/C units were replaced and rooms smelled clean.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

No ice machine for the entire upstairs units without walking downstairs although there is an obvious place where ice machine should be located upstairs. Nonsmoking room should not smell like it used to be smoking room.

Best Western Angleton
The room may have been renovated, but the bathroom walls are terribly done. Bathtub was not clean and hair all over the floor. The staff was very nice and the property is kept up.

Tv cable went out and the boss was on it. Took her a lil while but got it working. Besides that everything was as good as always. Oh yes and the now have hot chocolate! Yay! I never was a coffee person

Nice place. The only issue is other guests being loud in the parking lot. You can hear everything since the doors open to the outside. Breakfast had waffles shaped like texas, a nice treat when visiting the lonestar state.

The carpet was torn and door scratched - appears like someone had left a dog in there and it scratched up the door and tore the entrance carpet up. Furniture was old and worn.
