“The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home. ”

“We had a partial ocean view from our villa. The signature building had a beautiful view from the pool and hot tub. ”

“Room was clean, received clean towels daily. Lacking on toiletries, such as Kleenex, extra roll toilet paper, shampoo and hair dryer. Just the basics and it suited our stay. ”

“The room was clean, the location is in the center of town, the breakfast was average like every other hotel breakfast. If traveling with pets, they do charge a pet fee per pet. ”

“Fast, thorough and consistent communication from the host. House was clean and as advertised. Only feedback I'd have which is the firefighter side in me coming out, but perhaps adding some smoke detectors. But overall, phenomenal stay. Would stay again. ”
