The reception lobby was fine, arrived late in evening and was given room on 2nd floor opposite bus station, very noisy. I complained and was moved to a room on second highest floor. This was an improvement but it was still a bit noisy. I have stayed in other Radisson Blu Hotels before and it does seem that the design acoustics are a consistent defect.
One point of note, the breakfast is probably the worst O have ever encountered. I had others staying in the hotel and they refused to eat anything.
Service at the bar was very slow on the second evening was so slow that I walked off, it improved on other evenings.
