You get what you pay for. Furnishings are sparse and decoration is non existent. Similar to a dorm room.

Nice place to stay for the price

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: Price, location and clean.
Cons: There is a slight odor in the room other then that it was clean and comfortable.
Had a chemical type odor when we got there but not to over powering and you got used to it. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends as it is right off the interstate and it was easy to get to my sons game locations.

Bare Minimum

Posted Apr 23, 2017 on Hotels
First, actual customer service was nonexistent. It took 15 minutes just to get someone to come to the desk to check in. For checkout, I was told to just leave the room keys on the unattended counter. The room itself was clean, but small. There was a lot of noise from the interstate nearby and a lot of light from outside (even at night) that made it hard to sleep. The bed was fairly uncomfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower and fewer towels in the room than most hotels.

Being an extended stay hotel the office is not open 24 hours but we do have a safety attendant that lives here to help with after hours. Sorry for the noise if we knew we could have moved you to another room. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for your feedback. We do have hair dryers at the desk, but not in the rooms and that is how the rates can stay low.

I recommend that the hotel employs regular staff.

The hotel is amazing but I recommend that there be regular staff at the front desk at all times-24/7. This is locking during the time I spent. Thank you.

Exactly what we needed.

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Pros: Clean
Cons: Beds a bit small and access using a small central elevator. Stairs were at open ends of the building.
Location: Nice location.
Staff was very nice. Occupants were noisy and staff took care of it once we notified them.
