Hi, Richard. I'm sorry to hear there was some confusion over parking. The garage next door belongs to the University of Michigan. You need a pass to enter it and a pass to stay there. We have both. That is why we don't let guests self park and why we charge for parking. I hope this clears up any confusion.

Dear sir, I am so sorry about your stay. This is not like us and I do apologize for any inconvenience you had. I do know we were able to move you to a new room, and I'm sorry if the location wasn't ideal but we were almost sold out that night.
