Your website said you have handicap assessible rooms but you don't. And since I paid cash I should have been able to gat cash back when the power went out.

The outside of the hotel is very clean as well as properly maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions.

Easily the worst hotel check-in process I’ve ever experienced. The head desk’s booking software didn’t work right, so it didn’t know if a room was clean, occupied, or being renovated. So literally, SIX times I was given a room key and had to turn right back around since it was dirty or under construction. The guy staffing the desk apologized every time but clearly didn’t care enough to get up out of his chair each time. The room in the end was fine, nothing special, but the check-in process soured the experience for sure.

Beware of this location. I booked a room online through Expedia because I needed to stay overnight last minute. It was a non-refundable room, which was fine because it was just one night and I just needed a bed. I went and waited at the frint desk for 20 minutes and there was no one to check me in. I spoke to Days Inn customer service and Expedia customer service and neither of them could reach someone to check me in. I requested a refund. After 45 minutes I finally left. I later got a message I would not get a refund. I paid the money and they did not give me a room. I'm shocked they can get away with this.
