Enjoyed the stay with family. The full breakfast was very good. Had to do some last minute adjustments to schedules and as a result had to modify travel plans. Staff was very gracious and in the end did not charge fees for cancellations.

Nice hotel for the price

Great hotel for the price. Only issue we had was that the heater broke in the middle of the night. If we had called down to the front desk, I’m sure they would have moved us or fixed it but we were exhausted and just dealt with it. Awesome staff.

The bathroom wasn't very clean or up to date. Mattress was comfortable but they only surprised super soft pillows that are very small. Front desk had a deal with it mentality.

Great basic lodging

Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Signage directing vehicles to parking. If you follow GPS apps you end up at the Courtyard and have to guess that the hotel is next to Extended Stay
Location: Briarwood Mall, University of Michigan, I-94
The location was quiet and walkable to restaurants and even directly to Michigan Stadium so that no additional parking was needed. I arrived at the hotel from the game just about the time that the first parking shuttles were arriving.

Very small bathroom. Other than that was an okay room. Nothing special but clean.

Overall the stay was rather pleasant. The breakfast was really good and the hotel comfortable. The power did go out the second night throughout the hotel. Apparently a squirrel had damaged a breaker. The hotel staff was incredibly apologetic and accommodating! They offered waters and ice cream to guests who came to the lobby looking for answers and the whole situation lasted about an hour.

Hotel near University of Michigan and I-94

Pros: Service and cleanliness.
Cons: Some rooms are two small.
Location: Good shopping opportunities.
The room looks very small with one bed. The two rooms that we got were all near the end of the hall and next to the stairs. Not a every good stay this time.
