Nice hotel near University of Michigan.

Pros: Proximity to airport and University, free wifi, accommodating staff. The room had a coffeemaker, a microwave and a small fridge.
Location: Tour the University of Michigan or attend an athletic event.
I brought my son for a college visit and this hotel is close to the highway from the airport and en route to the University. It is about 20 miles from the Detroit airport and about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the school. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout at the last minute. There is a small pool and weight room, a nice breakfast buffet (not included) a good business center with about 8 desk tops and free printing for boarding passes, etc. The wifi in the hotel is free and very good. There is ample parking but not many good restaurants in the immediate area. We chose to eat in Ann Arbor.

Very nice hotel, easy to get to from interstate.

Pros: I liked that it had an outdoor pool as I was there in the summer!
Location: Great local restaurants!
Every member of the staff that I interacted with or passed in the hallway, had a smile and "have a nice day". Very friendly!!

Overnight Stay

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The pool was nice. My biggest reason for staying there though...was that the Expedia person I spoke to on the phone said they had a hot tub in the room the I wanted. I wanted to have to nice romantic one night get away. There was even a picture online...so that's why I called...to verify that. My mistake for listening to the Expedia rep, who said she called the Hotel herself. Next time, I will call. So for anyone else...do not listen to Expedia reps.

Nice hotel with full gym.

Cons: Windows that open for fresh air. Restaurant e.g food is low quality and not prepared well. Higher quality bath toiletries.
Location: Location is quiet and close to university, grocery store and center of town.
Modern furnishings, comfortable bedding, nice bar and lounge area and spacious well equiped gym. cEven with room improvements, I would stay here again.

Lack of attention to details

I could not get house cleaning to service my room until day 2 even after repeated requests to the front desk. The restaurant and room service at this hotel was severely over priced. My room was on the first floor next to the outside exit door even though the hotel was not close to capacity. As an SPG member and my experiences at other Sheraton hotels, I expected much more.

One of the best in the area!

I've visited friends in Ann Arbor at least once per year for the past 12 years, so I've stayed at a lot of the hotels in the area. This is definitely one of the best. Service was outstanding. The room was neat and comfortable -- with all the amenities expected. I'm coming back this August for a wedding, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

Quiet and Relaxing

Pros: Very close the downtown area and the mall.
The hotel staff was ready to help as soon as I entered the lobby. They were courteous and I felt at ease right away. The room was nice, quiet and relaxing. It was worth more than what I paid for.

Nice place but not conveniently located

This hotel was really nice. The gym was fantastic, rooms were a nice size, amenities were easy to access. The downsides were a few stains on the chairs and the hotel wasn't located close to anything in walking distance. We had to wait 15 minutes for a cab which wasn't terrible but was kind of annoying. All and all I'd recommend this place and I would stay there again.
