Second stay in a month, both were wonderful! The staff and valet are top notch. The rooms are fresh and nicely decorated as is the property. Location cant be beat nor can the harbor view. The restaurant and bar need some love but that is in the process of a change and renovation. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Was initially given a room on the 24 tier which sits near an air-handler unit and the vibrations and sounds made it Impossible to sleep. I was n formed the front office staff member and was switched to a better tier in the front of the property. We had a nice dinner at Pusser’s Restaurant!

We loved the location of this waterfront hotel. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the Naval Academy. Great food at Pussers.
The shower was poorly designed. You could not adjust the water temperature without getting wet.
First room we got had a y spot dog next door. Moved us to another room, which was not as nice, but quieter. The outlets at the nightstands did not work.

Room had issues which were conveyed to Manager. Toilet leaked, railing on shower falling off as missing bolts, no light fixture on one side of bed (appears to be missing) and other light fixture very bright. Room was not quite as easily hear guests talking next door. Hotel is at a great location for Annapolis but close to $900.00 for a small room for 2 nights and parking seems expensive.

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was comfortable and the location is perfect. There were issues with the elevator and at one point it stopped and was bouncing then the door wouldn't open. Luckily someone called for the elevator on an upper level and we moved again. This was not the elevator closed for maintenance..
$2k for 3 days for each room - many things broken & views of a concrete patio with ongoing noise. Location is good and for $300 per night it would be fine, but for $2k its a dump
Everything was great except for daily room cleaning. Sometimes it was after 3pm before they got to my room. They are probably understaffed.
Pussers Restraunt was great with waterfront tables and views. Location to town was exceptional.

Great location! Hotel was down to 1 elevator during our stay, made for long waits. Also, A/C was loud with a beeping noise when running.
