It was quiet, clean and appeared to be in a safe location. Convenient because I had traveled to be with family occasion and the accommodations were not far from when event was being held.

there is nothing near the hotel and the hours of the cafe are odd. when i wanted coffee they were closed and there were no easy options nearby.

Property is well maintained with access to major roads. A bit disappointing that there weren’t any complementary amenities. (Breakfast, coffee in lobby etc)

Wonderful!
Beautiful and new hotel. The only slight snag is the eco-friendly shower head! Definitely conserves water but that meant you don’t have that strong shower experience.

Very very friendly staff! They were so welcoming and accomdating. We changed room a few times due to some minor issues with the rooms, but they handled it all very well and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We really appreciated that. We understand things happen and may not always go as planned, but how it's handled, makes all of the difference! The room and beds were comfortable and overal the entire facility was clean. The location is very quiet, but convenient to the interstate as well as dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Called ahead to get early checking. He said no problem and put it in the system. Showed up at the exact time we asked for and the lady up front said sorry we don't have any rooms ready, sww the note for early checking but gave me attitude and said "you can try finding a room somewhere else if you want."was hard as a rock. The only positive was that the room was clean but it should be at $240 a night. Getting breakfast took a long time. 1 guy working with a long line of people. First and last time we stay here. Don't promise early check in if you can't do it and don't give people an attitude when you promised the early check in.

Hotel excellent. Food bad
The hotel is great, but the food in their Bistro is terrible. Eggs dry and cold. Potatoes seemed like frozen food. Also they overcharged for mediocre Starbucks coffee.

Check in was easy . After cleaning my room I noticed the thermostat was broken. So it was cold and hot pretty much my whole stay. Then hair was stuck on the toilet in the bathroom . Other than that was pretty clean . The remote in our room was broken as well and maintenance had to replace it . Overall the hotel is getting busier and I feel like they don’t have enough help . I wont be staying again because Its overpriced and you don’t get what you pay for
