Beautiful Hotel

Cons: The $5 a day for skipping full housekeeping should be used towards breakfast, not just dinner
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The hallway on our floor had a "new hotel" smell. There are no ice machines but you can get bags of ice for free at the little convenience store-type area in the lobby. There was no continental breakfast included in our hotel fee, it was a breakfast buffet you had to pay for. If you skipped full housekeeping service you got $5 a day towards the restaurant in the hotel, however, it could not be used for breakfast, only dinner. That is the 1 complaint I have. We skipped housekeeping both nights and received $10 however it was wasted because we already had dinner plans both nights at other locations. Sort of a bummer. The room was very clean, the bathroom as well. The towels were huge. There is a small refrigerator, no microwave.

Bargain Luxury.

Pros: The amenities and overall luxury notes of the wide open areas, high-end wall coverings, furniture, lighting, artwork and mirrors.
Needed a short stay with 2 kids and was impressed by the value.

It was a wonderful stay.

Everything was great. We enjoyed a lot. We a took a room with breakfast included, and didnt regret about it. There was a nice variety of food. The only suggestion for breakfast is to put on table a pitcher with Cofee instead of asking us many times to have more coffee. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and nice! We had a slight problem with our toilet being noisy that we noticed just after checking in. We told the front desk and a left for dinner. When we came back, the problem was fixed . One more suggestion: please put in the bathroom number of shampoo+conditioner +body cream equally to number of people in the room . Overall, the hotel is very beautiful, and girls at the front desk are amazing . We loved our stay , and will come back !!!!

Very Modern Hotel

Cons: Front Desk staff seemed confused alot and were not confident in checking in people. Extremely slow elevator.
Location: Restaurant on the first floor and several restaurants in the same parking lot as this hotel. Fairly close to DC and very close to downtown Annapolis
Very modern looking hotel with a nice restaurant and indoor pool. Had issue checking in as some how my last name was entered incorrectly into their system, this could be an Expedia Fault or Hotel. But it seemed everyone that was at the front desk any time we were there asking a question was having problems checking in. Great pool and hot tub. This was a very popular hotel and was completely booked for the 4 days we were here.

Nice hotel across from the mall

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. They have fruit-infused water in the lobby all day, coffee with to go cups in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful deal too.

Quick check in and very accommodating staff. Excellent room with all facilities. Good wifi speeds and temperature control.
