I don't know what happened in one year, but the Crowne Plaza was a great disappointment to us. It needs a facelift BADLY - worn and dirty carpets; incredibly low sink in the bathroom; it was wet and dirty in the elevator and it was not raining outside; will stick with other places we have been before.
