I booked a hotel near me as a quick getaway. Only when I arrived at the hotel did I find out that their pool/hot tub wasn’t working. I went there to use that as well, so I was deeply disappointed. Also the hotel room itself wasn’t too clean and not maintained properly, like the tv battery not working. Ended up not staying the night and came home.

We were very disappointed. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool because we had just run 13 miles and it was not available. Had we known this we would have booked elsewhere. Other than that it was a nice stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. But we got a bit of an attitude at the front desk when checking in. And the biggest problem was the shower….the now-common wall-mounted pump bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were abysmally placed. Too high for anybody under 5’1” to push the pumps without going on tiptoe, and without having the water from the shower spraying right into one’s face. It should be a simple fix to just move them!j

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the noise from the highway. There is not much the hotel can do about that. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice property and professional staff, rooms were clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping options, convenient location off the highway. Two downsides; parking is not great especially if the hotel is busy and the rooms on the backside of the hotel, you WILL hear the highway traffic which can be a disruption to your sleep, other than that it’s a decent hotel.

Usually no problems here but the room had hair all over the bathroom and the whole floor level was flooded. Tried to relax but then the ceiling leaked all over my face and soaked the bed! Asked for another room or refund and that room must have been cleaned by the same person just a different floor, which smelled like animals.

No working SHOWER
The stay overall was good until it was time for a shower and there was no running water in tye shower. I told the friendly staff member and he told me they would reimburse me the tax on the room which was aboyt $23.. I believe they knew that they had rented me a room with no running water. THEYNHAD TO KNOW. The ceiling had a whole where it looks like they had been working on it. The breakfast was COLD and it took a while to get hot cakes on the bar.
