We won't stay here again.

We stayed there in Aug 2015 and it was fine, two years later we found the place to be poorly maintained, not clean, and there was never anyone at the front desk. When we asked for more shampoo and towels we were told that they were completely out of shampoo, and that there wouldn't be any clean towels until the next morning. The place smelled like cigarette smoke, even though there were signs saying smoking was prohibited. When we stayed here before there was a nice breakfast each morning, a free BBQ one night, and daily cleaning service included in the price of the room. This time there no complementary breakfast, only coffee, and if you wanted your room cleaned it was an additional fee. Considering the nightly price we paid for this hotel, none of this is acceptable, or even believable.

Horrible. Manager was fired, room had tons of problems--bathroom door did not close, not light cover on kitchen light, security doors in outside entrances did not lock,

Hotel Out Of Everything, Even Customer Service

From check-in to check out, this place was horrible. Run-down, non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, AC didn't work and we were told they couldn't do anything to fix it, out of toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, two towels, no food for "grab & go breakfast", no cream for coffee, door locked on its own with nobody in it, then told us they couldn't do anything about it until I threatened to call FD. Also was told we had to go to the front desk to fetch anything we needed. Absolutely the WORST hotel experience I've ever had.

Hallways smell Room is dingy Did not have any breakfast as advertised - not even cream or creamer for coffee Staff was very pleasant

Awful place !!

The hotel is tired and worn. The hallway carpets are stained - a foreshadowing of what was to come! At first glance the tired, worn out room was good enough. Until was saw there was no door on the bathroom- it had been taken of its hinges and GONE!! There was no lock on the door and on telephone in the room. When I went to ask for another room the clerk said he had to check! I asked him- " you don't believe me there is no door on the bathroom.? " he said he wanted to see for himself. He was somewhat surprised he saw I was telling the truth! He gave us another room that had a strange smell to it... So much for an extended stay hotel- there were no dishes, utensils, nothing about the place was extended stay worthy- There was a stovetop, a dishwasher a fridge and a microwave . It wasn't until we were ready for bed ( After we had to go ask the clerk to send up bedding for the pull out couch) that I realised it was old cigarette smoke that was bothering us. But one of our children had already fallen asleep and we didn't want to move rooms again. The bathroom sink was cracked and there was a tiny shampoo bottle for five of us to share. It was awful and I wouldn't stay in an extended stay again if you paid me !! The room was over $200 for the night - it was AWFUL. I wouldn't stay In one for $50 Run Away and look for somewhere else to stay!!

The hotel is worn out and needs a complete makeover. The shower was good, but that was the only good thing about it. The bed creaked, you had to go to the desk to get a role of TP, there are no bath accessories, the towels are like Kleenex. Its a tired, worn out property.

Cigarettes smell

The room smells cigarettes, and it's suppose to be a non smoker room. Carpet was dirty. Horrible! A drunken guy was sleeping in the stairs, my children was afraid. Not recommended

Clean convenient and fairly priced.

Needed a clean, quiet, safe and economical facility close to Crofton MD for several days while closing on a house. This was perfect for all of the about stated reasons. Also had to be pet friendly!
