Not your typical Hilton quality

The pool was out of service the entire duration of our stay (3 nights). The hotel was booked with many kids for a tournament that was in town and there was nothing for them to do.
Our room was outdated and worn. Beds had no mattress protector...just a sheet on a bare mattress. Staff did not attempt to clean the room until after 3 pm on the first day. On the second day, our family of 5 was left with only 2 towels. We called and no one answered. We finally reached someone after 4 attempts. After 30 minutes no one showed up with our extra towels, so we called again and after 3 attempts we reached someone to remind them we were waiting. We finally received what we needed after nearly an hour.
