Expected better.

After reading the reviews and the fact that this property had a recent renovation I truly expected more from this hotel. Although friendly the front desk staff didn't seem genuinely committed to good customer service. It was like they were just going through the motions and hotel wasn't even busy. The housekeeping really lacked in many ways. The hallways needing a good vacuum and the trash in the common areas needed emptying. My room also could have used a good clean. The coffee maker and desk were dusty, the shower had soap scum and the generally used surfaces needed wiping. I considered paying for breakfast one morning but the restaurant area was messy and tables were not being cleaned. In the end I wish I'd chosen another hotel and was ready to check out after my 3rd night.

We were looking for a conveniently located hotel away from the heart of the tourism in Annapolis. This hotel was perfect--close to Annapolis and convenient to returning back to D.C. It was quiet and secure.

Decent room if no servicing of room is expected.

Cons: Room service
Location: Annapolis has a wealth of things to do on the weekend we were there, with the large sailboat show and the football game.
We booked two nights. The room was not cleaned during our stay. When we asked for replacement towels since the room had not been cleaned, no apology for the lack of service was provided. For the price of the room, this lack of standard service was totally unacceptable.

Pros: very friendly staff and very helpful too.
Cons: Doors to Ice room on 2nd fl needs to be fixed Handle is not serviceable. had to use something to keep door open. Sign says vending where were they ? saw only ice. Desk in the room kept opening on its own. needs to be fixed or replaced. Stain on rug by coffee area, and micrawave never got the food hot..not even warm. Loved the little caf'e.
Location: Great shopping , restaurants and CVS near by.....
Location is good. Close to where I wanted to be .

The bed was Bad. The rest was great.

The bed was quite in dented and therefore uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain each morning. The rest of the room was great.

So-so

The beds were a little too firm and the pillows too soft. Had backache through my stay. The Assistant General Manager was awesome trying to resolve my problems with Hotels.com 8/26/17. Still waiting for the refund though!
