Serenity
It was the perfect spot when attending a wedding in Annapolis. The host was extremely accommodating and the house with views of the river were perfect for friends & family to gather. Definitely would love to return.

When we arrived our room was not ready. The bed still had the previous guest's used bedding, and the room was in general disarray. We cleaned up the room and carried the dirty bedsheets to the laundry area, then installed clean bedsheets on the bed. We were hoping the management would reimburse at least part of our first day's costs, but so far we haven't received anything.

Bill,This is your 4th stay with us and Im quite surprised at this review. I was out of town at the time and It was my fault for being a day off of expecting your arrival. But when you texted me that you had gained access into the inn and were in the room, I was beyond horrified. I told you at the time and then again the 2nd morning at breakfast that I would not charge you for the first night and apologized again. I only do my bookkeeping each Tuesday. Since your stay was the previous Thursday and Friday, that is why you have not seen your charges for only the one night. I guess I misjudged your response. Im glad that your wife was able to practice for easter service on the baby grand and hope you have a good holiday Again I apologize for the misstep

Laurel Grove Inn is nestled on a very picturesque part of the South River. The deck is a perfect setting for dining or just having a glass of wine. The rooms are large, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, look no further than Laurel Grove Inn on the South River!

The host is an outstanding chef. We had a choice of several items at breakfast. We would definitely return to this B&B. It is very close to restaurants, shopping.

Lovely Stay
Staying at Laurel Grove Inn felt like going to visit friends in their home. The house was spacious and had lots of games and activities to do around the house. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the fluffy towels. Tiffany was in touch before we arrived, greeted us warmly when we arrived to show us around the house and yard. She gave us many choices for breakfast - and each morning we all joined together in the kitchen and visited. You could not have asked for a more comfortable stay! There are many tables inside and beautiful terraces to sit to eat breakfast - and her meals were amazing! The view of the river is fantastic! It was a short drive into town, so an excellent place to stay to feel out in the country but with easy access to town. Tiffany has guests that return over and over - and we certainly would stay here again if we come back to this area.

The owner Stephany and family were so friendly, helpful and treated us like family. We felt very comfortable staying with them. Cant forget the two very friendly, well behaved two cute doggies.

The view was quite lovely. Hostess was welcoming and personable. The decaf coffee was weak flavored water. Otherwise breakfast was excellent including the presentation.

A Godsend
We cannot believe how fortunate we were to find this wonderful place. The view, the grounds are amazing. The food and service is exceptional. What sets this place apart is the host, Tiffany. Accessible via texting, she went above and beyond, as a busy host to make our wedding weekend stay (2 nights combined across the Waterman and John Barry rooms) quite memorable. Quite accommodating and flexible, Tiffany will always be part of our memories. We are eternally grateful and cannot wait to return.

A Godsend
This place is amazing. There are humming birds. I don't know what else to say. Totally magic. It's everything as advertised and more. So glad we discovered this - our criteria being budget, on the water, free breakfast, tubs in room, water views - in time for our wedding weekend!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous waterfront property. It is like being a guest at a luxury mansion with 10 million dollar view. We were pleasantly surprised how incredibly large and private our suite is… A lovely Annapolis waterfront experience. Tiffany is the fantastic owner. We enjoyed meeting her and her cutest dogs. We’ll definitely be back.

Laurel Grove Inn On The South is a treasure
Laurel Grove Inn On The South is owned and hosted by Tiffany. She has a saying that in essence ... you arrive and are greeted with a handshake and you leave hugging because you have become friends. This is absolutely true. We were warmly greeted by Tiffany and we instantly felt right at home. The property is so beautiful. It overlooks the South River which is so peaceful. Our room at the Inn was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing and complete. The evening before, we were able to choose what we would like for breakfast. It was delicious. Our stay at the Inn was for 1 night as it was part of a week long vacation. We wish that we could have stayed longer and pkan to return.

This is gorgeous waterfront property with suites overlooking the water. The proprietors are as wonderful as the venue. And breakfasts to die for! Referring our friends and hoping to stay there every year going forward. I cannot think of anything negative to say or needing improvement.

Breathtaking view at a wonderful bed and breakfast
The bed and breakfast home was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the south river. The hostess was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious with wonderful views. The breakfast was fabulous as well. I would definitely recommend staying here for a couple, friend or family vacation when visiting Annapolis.

Great Place with a gorgeous view
I cannot emphasize enough on how AMAZING this place was. We spent the night of our wedding at the place, so we couldn't check in until later after the party and wrapping up of the party. Tiffany stayed up until we arrived, gave us a tour of the room at midnight, and was extremely hospitable. The breakfast was INSANE, and we've already decided that we're spending atleast our first anniversary there, and could definitely see ourselves making it a tradition.

The owners of the BB could not have been nicer. However, the room was very dirty, as was the bathroom. Also, it was very noisy in the evenings when others would come in for the night.
