Very unique hotel! Our family loved the nautical/graduate theme and lobby area. Location was perfect, walkable to the restaurants, Naval Academy, and waterfront areas we wanted to explore. As other reviews have mentioned, the rooms are not very well soundproofed, plus, the cleaning staff were up very very early (~6:30am on a Sunday morning) making alot of noise prepping for their cleaning shifts, and opening and closing doors. I'm all for that, but perhaps a bit later on the weekends - say 8am before all the serious cleaning and racket starts would have been appreciated.

Loved this place! Huge room with a desk, couch and king bed. The bathroom was safe (non-slippery tub) with wonderful shampoo, soap, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. My second stay here and when I go back to Annapolis, I will reserve again.

The Barista, Bella in the Trophy Room and Nick at the Front desk were excellent. Like most Graduate properties, they have modernized the lobby and other facilities but the rooms are not updated, but I knew this going in. My only issue was the main bartender (Al) in the trophy room was a grumpy old man and rude to several customers and overwhelmed while Issac and the others were calm and cool. The location is excellent and the food was very good.

Great location. Close enough to the bars, restaurants, and shops near the Dock to walk, but removed enough where it’s in a quiet area. Great service. Comfortable beds. Very clean. And the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Location is ideal to visit Annapolis and the Naval Academy. The physical structure of the hotel is acceptable but cannot be considered topnotch. Low quality construction in terms of finish, fixtures and material.

Stayed one night at the Graduate for a girls weekend. The location was perfect! Parking was easy, walkable to multiple restaurants and the spa. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and sheets. The onsite restaurant had good food offerings. All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and def plan to stay again.

Los of character. Great front desk staff. Room super clean. We had a king bed. Loved the VIP perk of free valet parking. There is a restaurant on premises. We went there at 9 pm and they didn't have decaf coffee.

Staff is super friendly. Hotel was overall clean and has a unique atmosphere. Only complaints was the a/c didn't work well. Even on the lowest setting, it was still hot in the room. Bed was not the comfiest but bearable for one night. Sink plug did not work so we had to take the plug out to avoid standing water. My major issue was with hotels.com. The listing noted free valet parking in several places as a silver member perks. When I asked the hotel upon my arrival about it, they said there was nothing showing on their end about it. When I reached out to hotels.com they gave me a very very hard time about it and said that was not included in the listing. I had to send screenshots proving it was. After an hour and talking to a supervisor, they offered me a refund for the valet parking as a "courtesy". This is no fault to the hotel itself but traveler beware of false listings.

Worst Presidential Suite ever. Bathroom very poor and scalding water only. Tub shower combo awful ... have to step up 3 feet to shower. Bet Not as described in online video. No robes at all... even on request. "Free drink" coupons are a joke for what's offered. Very disappointing.

NYE fun at the Graduate!
From the friendly, smiling greeting and fantastic service from Gellie upon arrival to when we departed, we had a fantastic stay! Loved the covered parking garage and proximity to Rams Head On Stage since my band played there for NYE. Clean room, comfortable bed overlooking the beautiful atrium! Loved it here.
