“When we checked in, on a humid 95 degree day, the staff lied to us and said that they were making a small adjustment and a/c was down but would be back up in an hour. Took our money, then, when we got to our room, a letter by the door said the a/c would not be fixed that day or night. Then, we found people in the lobby who said the a/c had been down for days. They just kept lying and taking people’s money on the false promise that the a/c would be running again “in an hour.” It wouldn’t even……

“This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. Those who could not create a parking space parked on the street adjacent to the property. The experience inside the hotel was great, but the parking situation kept this from……

“Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. The front desk then said to return at 11 and I will get the room. I returned at 10:45 to be sure and she informed me that the manager said there is nothing they can do I will have to stay with……
