“Let's start with the positives. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel was definitely a plus. The complimentary cookies and water upon arrival were a nice touch. The cookies were served warm and baked on-site. I'm usually not a big cookie person, but these cookies were so good.

“The room was damp and musty smelling. There were ants everywhere. Everything from the sheets to towels felt damp. Stayed four nights and room wasn’t serviced. Had to ask for fresh towels. Will not return.”
