The only problem we had on our first ever stay at the Megasaray was on Saturday 30th March when there was a type of Convention Party organized and set-up on the floor below our room, our room was 1040, the set-up for this party started at 14.00 with the music blasting that had complaints from guests trying to relax in the pool area, the sound set-up and band practicing went on until about 20.00, then the party started and became louder. Our room must have been directly above the band playing that not only was it very loud but our room was vibrating our shower rattled all evening to the point that it got so bad and now with a headache we left the hotel and walked the boardwalk. On calling the front desk they had absolutely no consideration for thier guests and we were told that "this was a private party and the hotel had no control on what goes on at this party but the music will stop at 23.00", no effort was made by the staff of the Megasaray to make us feel better, and from my past Managerial positions I know that the hotel is responsible for any activities on thier premeses, the hotel could have at least have made the effort to ask if they could reduce the noise slightly or even ask us if we would like to move to another room, but no, it seems the guests was NOT the priority at the Megasaray Hotel, and we feel that our next trip to Konyaalti from our home in Fethiye will be to go back to the Puerto Bello Hotel where they seem to make thier guests a priority.. Thank you..

Not as good as our stay at Xmas. Food selection not as good, ok if you liked chicken! Entertainment very poor, none on the Sunday we arrived. The quiz on Monday exactly the same as at Xmas.

Customer Relation Team was excellent especially the lady with black wavy hair. She was very friendly and helpful. She paid attention to details and wished me Happy Birthday! She quickly resolved my complaint upon our arrival. Upon our departure another lady together with her manager dealt quickly with the issue which i had with the dining area as well. Also, the waiter who wears a pointy earring is extremely helpful. He provided an exemplary service.

We had a few issues when we first arrived and spoke to a customers services lady the next morning. This hotel takes customer service extremely seriously! She reported the issues to the relevant department managers, who not only rectified the issues, but took the time to meet with us to discuss them, ask our opinions on what they could do further and generally made us feel that are comments were not only valued but welcomed too.What started off a little wobbly, ended up being a very good holiday. Full praise to the management team and all the wonderful staff.

Hotel was nice rooms ok food very good. Only real problem was that the sea views are opposite a music bar that even in January blared out till midnight each night. We were in the fourth floor and could hear every word they were singing!

I had an excellent stay at Megasaray. The staff was brilliant from Vedat in Lobby to Kabir, Hassan and the lady behind the Bar. Food was absolutely wonderful too.

Fantastic hotel
Everything was perfect for us, although we didnt book one we were given a room with a sea view and what a fantastic view it was, the room was so comfortable and quiet, well stocked mini bar which was restocked every day, rooms were cleaned every day, the restaurant food was fantastic and plentiful, entertainment every night, the hotel's location is perfect and within easy reach of every amenity needed for a perfect holiday, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were there for 4 nights. The property is fine in general and has some decent aspects to it, like the bar and spa but apart from that everything else was sub par. The first day we checked pretty late into the night due to flight delays and we were greater by a grumpy old man at the reception. We were given a random room with reeked of cigarettes after specifically asking for non-smoking room. To make things worse the room had 2 single beds which makes no sense because I was traveling with my husband. My husband then went and argued with them and they said they were completely booked out and had no other spare rooms. He then offered to pay extra to upgrade to a terrace suite based on the prices he found on Expedia which was around $220/night but the receptionist insisted that the cost of the room is 550 euro/ per night and the listing is wrong. After a heated debated he asked us to follow the bell boy to see couple other rooms that magically freed up after the conversation. We finally settled on a room which smelled bearable only to realize that the hotel only has heating and no air conditioning. This was all happening on my husband’s birthday and left a very bad taste for the property. Second day onwards the main restaurant where food was served went under “renovation” on Christmas Day. For the rest of the trip, food was served in the banquet hall which did not have access to the kitchen and was constantly running out of food. This was a sub-par experience overall.

During our four-night stay at this establishment, I found the hotel to be strategically located, offering unparalleled convenience for a family stay. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, exemplifying helpfulness, politeness, and genuine kindness. The room services surpassed expectations, marked by excellence, and the culinary offerings were nothing short of extraordinary. Noteworthy is the provision of underground secure car parking, replete with ample spaces, adding a layer of convenience. While the overall experience was commendable, a minor caveat arose in the form of the gym facility, which did not align with the otherwise stellar offerings of the establishment. Despite this, my satisfaction with the overall stay was resolute, and I unequivocally express my willingness to revisit and choose the same hotel for future stays without hesitation.

Generally, it was excellent. good service, good food, good entertainment, I emailed the hotel for transport that they offered and they never responded and when I called them from the airport they said they did not have any, just take a cab. as usual got ripped off by the airport taxi. the beach area was in a very poor state, though outside the hotel grounds. the beach was dirty,and covered with rubbish. as it was almost out of season, the hotel pool waa not looked after and nobody used it. i would like to have seen some toothpicks offered at meal times. The bar staff knocked up some great cocktails, all included. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great location, massive choice of food. Very generous measures on the drinks. Lovely spa with steam room, sauna, swimming pool and gym. My only little negative was extra thick pillows which I couldn’t sleep on.

The buffet selection was marvelous and we had plenty of variety over the course of two days. Hotel appeared slightly dated but it was still clean and served its function well as an all-inclusive hotel.

Its wonderful hotel
it was interesting. The service was good and provided me with everything I needed. Thank you all But something annoying happened after midnight. Someone knocked on my room door in a strange way. I went and opened the door and did not find anyone. Then the matter happened again, which made my children wake up terrified. Then I called the hotel security to intervene and asked for cameras to be monitored, as they were there 3 young boys did that and never happened that again
