Russische DepandancePosted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: Die Hotelanlage ist prinzipiell sehr schön.
Cons: siehe oben

A very plush hotel,BEATIFUL Decor.Posted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: The hotel decor is very palatial and BEATIFUL the rooms we had were excellent being a suite,it lived up to its name the staff were most helpful
Cons: The food was repetitive and not good qualityOutside areas around BeachBar and Resturants and toilets need addressing Seats needed walking to sea area
Location: The Hotel is a fair way from shops, and bazaars ,nothing to see immediately outside the hotel area other than some restricted mountain views
Marden Palace is a very BEATIFUL Hotel decor is very plush, and near to the beach,We were upgraded to a suite on arrival this was a bonus and we were very grateful for this special surprise,The Staff were more than helpfull and we were treated excellently nothing was too much trouble for them,There were a few issues that I feel to be addressed if I am perfectly honest,I am a disabled person, and I hire a mobility scooter for my holidays in Turkey a few times a year, this hotel is not scooter friendly due to the poor availability and access to r amps to reach areas of the outside of the hotel, the beach area was generally very scruffy and unkempt for a 5*Hotel,the acces to beach was verturally impossible ,and not able to access the pier as part of the hotel, the toilets outside were also very untidy and scruffy,I could not access the swimming pool properly as the bridge that you have to cross the slope on the ramp was to high and I had to have assistance with other guests to lift scooter wheels to access it ,also there were 3 a la carte restaurants over this bridge which made it verturally imposible to access to cross over without assistance which I could not use, The food was not of a good Quality, some fruits were overripe and had mould on them I have been going to Turkey a number of years to numerous 5* hotels sometimes 3times a year and this is the first time my husband was ill for 3 days days of our holiday with a tummy upset sorry MardenPalace we won't be back.

Nice hotel Bad servicePosted Aug 4, 2015
Beautiful hotel but unfortunately service was very poor and air conditioning was unaffective in most parts. Room temperature did not drop any lower than 28 degrees centigrade in July which made it very humid and uncomfortable. Not a good choice as far as value for money goes. No Go for me

Over rated and bad servicePosted Aug 3, 2015
We had to wait 1 hour before check in to our room. The AC service was not working properly and overall service was very bad. I would not give it more than a 3 star hotel rearing.

豪華なホテルPosted Jul 20, 2015
とても豪華なホテルです。 プールでの毎日はとてもステキでした。 満足しています。ただ、どのバーもカクテルの知識が足りないので、不思議な飲み物が出てきます。 部屋もステキですが、布団が重くてビックリしますよ。

Good but could have been betterPosted Jun 10, 2015 on Hotels
There is no disputing this is a beautiful hotel, the design and splendor is everywhere. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff Olesea who gave us a personal check in and showed us to our room. She was attentive to us the whole of our stay, she was a credit to the hotel. The lobby was beautifully kept, our room overlooked the car park and as we were there for a birthday celebration we asked if there were alternative rooms available, as the hotel was booked solid for our first night, we waited til the next day and was upgraded to a suite. Food was varied, plentiful and a good standard. Room was beautiful. There were however things that really let this hotel down. 1. The standard of the outside is really poor, dirty sunbed cushions, wooden sunbeds that needed staining, shabby pool towels, broken tiles. 2. Housekeeping hit and miss, toiletries not replaced, mini bar not stocked , glasses not replaced. 3 although end of May, pool bars not open, the aquarium restaurant not open, little entertainment and not well advertised. 4 spa prices very expensive. 5 having to pay for extras eg bowling, pool table, a la carte restaurants. This is supposed to be an all inclusive hotel. We also did not realise this is a convention centre so on our first night the 400 or so delegates there turned the restaurant into a school canteen with children running all over the restaurant and absolutely no where to sit for a nice evening meal, thankfully this got better.

Avoid this placePosted May 21, 2015
Cons: Not enough apace but i suggest they send their staff to how-to-treat-a-guest-school
Location: Can really comment.
Transfer was 20 minutes late...I was charged despite complaining, walk to room took forever, food is average, most of the restaurants are closed, the housekeeping is amateurish and the room was poorly kept, in fact i think I could have made the bed better..... linen was not being changed daily, few of the staff speak English and they are clueless, I inquired about playing golf and was asked if I wanted to play 9 or 27 holes!!!! and this from the Head Concierge!! Don't hire a car from them...in fact avoid doing anything through them as they take a commission, a fact explained by the Concierge whilst rubbing his thumb and index finger in front of me!!
