I was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes, I banged the door, pressed emergency bill constantly and no one came to help. Finally I was rescued, I am a heart patient and diabetes. I asked to talk to General Manager, i ended up speaking with kitchen assistant manger. I am a life time Elite member with Marriott and IHG, never experienced such an issue. I am angry at the hotel manager, I was told he was not in the hotel but he would not even care to call. I could have been dead. I asked for the two nights refund and they would not offer except if i stay for a free night which I could not.
