Massive Disappointment

This hotel is not 5 Star by any means.. the front desk staff seem to be conditioned to be negative and as unhelpful as possible. The décor is tired and in desperate need of refurbishment - dirty carpets and ripped sofa's in the lobby lounge, bedroom furniture is also in poor condition, beds are old and springs can be felt digging into your back. We stayed in a junior suite and would have expected a higher quality. The buffet salads were good.....that is all. the hot food was of low standard for a 5 star classified hotel... pretty much the same everyday...all served with chips. dessert selection not so bad though.. Indoor pool was adequate, although the spa facilities were not working , Sauna, steam room - blaming this on power cuts, but the real reason was there were minimal guests at the hotel and they were saving money. not good service for paying guests.. I would not recommend this hotel...I imagine in peak season it is a complete nightmare

Had a brilliant time there for 4 days. The Hotel was really a 5 star hotel with wonderful facilities. The hotel staff were very friendly and very polite. The choice of food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Ganske dejligt hotel. Dog et personale somed havde en svær forståelse og udtale på engelsk. Men alt ialt rigtig godt. Stor buffet 5-6 gange om dagen.

Generelt ok hotel, bufferen bliver dog lidt ensforming efter nogle dage. Var meget skuffet over badeland var lukket og der IKKE var gratis airport transfer - trods begge begge fremgik var åben/inkluderet i pris.
