Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise.

This is an amazing property. It sits on a small hill overlooking Alanya and Cleopatra beach. It is so close to the Teleferic cable car which transports tourists up to the walled fortress for exceptional views of the Mediterranean coastline for many miles. Rooms all have patios or balconies. The staff are very accommodating and professional and helped us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant and 2 medium sized pools with lots of lounges. Wonderful value. Would definitely return as it is optimally positioned for getting around Alanya. We left our rental car sit 3 days as it wasn’t needed. 200M to Dalmatas cave. A must see!

Rooms are poolly appointed and bed is terrible. Pictures onlne are nisleading. Property sits on a hill so HUGE 500 meter STEEP walk up. Disabled or older people wont make it. Ac sits directly over bed so TOOOOOO cold... sheets were tiny. Big bed is actually 2 twei beds pathetically put together so intimacy with partner mearly impossible... i wouldnt stay here if it were free. One positive is a farily close location to beach.. 10min walk. And oh.... breakfast was included but at checkout they insisted I pay an extra 32 euros. Thieves!

Really friendly, really high value.
The receptionist was awesome. Truly impressed by the service. When there was a problem, he made sure it got addressed and we felt really welcome. The property was real nice, parking was easy and the value was amazing. It wasn't without issues, but what matters the most is how those are dealt with.

Room was nothing like expected or what was shown on the photos. My daughter and I was given a basement like room, very horrible and dull. Complained to reception, straight away they took us to another room with garden that was un useable. Requested to speak with the manager as these rooms where not what was booked or shown on booking. Manager was too busy to talk and sent me back to reception where they then showed me to the panoramic suite and offered this at a additional €10 per night, I which we took. That room was lovely with great views and balcony as advertised.

We can change the room for free if the new room is the same category if the new room is upper category than we upgrade room according to our availability for an extra small fee, we can upgrade your rooms from standart or suites to suites or panaromic suites. Our hotel manager is always dealing with the situation of the hotel to help our guests may not be able to catch up, but the hotel staff is always trying to be at your service 24/7.

Wonderful views from a great location.
Villa Sonata is a small friendly apartment hotel up a steep slope near Cleopatra beach.The pools were small but never felt overcrowded and the bar and resturant are great.We didn't feel pressured to take part or eat there and the general feeling is very quiet and relaxed.We enjoyed it very much. If you get a room higher up there are spectacular views over Alanya from the balcony.

Wonderful small hotel
I chose this place because it was relatively cheap. It was the best decision I made this weekend. First off, location, location, location. The Villa Sonata is five minutes from the Cleopatra Beach (the good one), Damlatas Cave, and many nice cafes and parks. I stayed in a twin room- comfortable beds and working A/C. No view from the bottom floor but who really needs that when you have two pools, a breakfast area, and a rooftop terrace- all with panoramic views? Rooms also had a living area with comfortable couches and a kitchenette. Bathroom was modern and clean, water pressure good and plentiful hot water. Only small problem was Wifi- it had a strong signal from the toilet and part of the hallway, but not in the bedroom or living area (I think my room was furthest from the hotspot). Breakfast was included with my fee but read the fine print because sometimes it isn't. It was a standard Turkish breakfast- vegetables, cheese, tea, bread/jam, and an omlette. It's light but filling. Make sure you have bottles of water on hand because Alanya's tap water isn't drinkable but it's fine for brushing teeth/showering. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The one issue with the hotel being part way up a large hill is that it would be difficult to stay in if you have mobility issues. It's a steep climb and taxis to/from the beach aren't very practical. For younger travelers/couples/families, it's the perfect spot.

You should certainly try foods. Mr. Abdullah who is a dentist is quite sensitive about food quality and cleaning. (they use vinegar for cleaning the kitchen.not heavy chemicals ) he pat attention about what kind of products they use in the kitchen.

Nice and Lovely Hotel
It is a nice hotel. It has a great view to the city. It is both close to the sea and the city center, which is a big advantage for tourists. No need to take a taxi or a bus, you can simply walk in minutes. The staff are polite. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

I liked the location and that it was so quiet. I liked all the cats and the back door exit to a more wild nature and old houses and walking up stairs I found a play ground where the morning sun could be enjoyed. The room was ok, but would have prefered a proper desk with a proper chair as I should work from my laptop while staying. Also the internet sometimes disconnected.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben es genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit ist auch gut und die Arbeiter dort sind auch gut. Allerdings gab es manchmal ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, das aber vom Verwalter gelöst wurde. Vielen Dank, Villa Sonata.

Villa Sonata Alanya
Villa Sonata är ett litet och personligt hotell med fina pooler, bra läge i Alanya (nära stranden, hamnen och affärer mm). Städning av rum sker dagligen och det hålls rent och snyggt och fräscht både på rummen och övriga hotellet. Vi har varit där flera år i rad. Vi är mycket nöjda med Villa Sonata.

bu rezil otelden uzak durun !
web sitesindeki fotoğraflarla alakası bile olmayan en üst kattan bir oda verildi. Oda çatı katı gibi olduğu için soğuktu ve odayı değiştirmek istedim. Odayı değiştirmek istediğimde odayı kullanıp kullanmadığımı sordular. Ben de sadece el havlusunu kullandığımı söyledim. Bunun üzerine saçma bir şekilde 1 gece orada kalmamı sabah resepsiyoniste söylememi onun değiştirebileceğini söylediler. (Halbu ki otelin sahibi ya da üst düzey yetkilisi zaten oradaydı). Durum böyle olunca sinirimi bozup uğraşmak istemedim dolayısıyla aynı odada kaldım. Bu nahoş durum dışında, odada tek kullanımlık terlik bile yoktu. Sonradan verdiler. Duş jeli ve şampuan da yoktu. Apart otellerin mantığı buymuş, duş jeli, şampuan olmazmış :-D O kadar apart otelde kaldım ilk kez böyle saçma bir bahane duydum. Yatak rezil ötesi derecede konforsuzdu. Sırtım çok fena ağrıdı. Duş almak istedim sıcak su o kadar dengesiz akıyor ki, su birden soğuyor birden ısınıyor. Kısacası bu otel kesinlikle pişmanlıktır. İş stresinden hafta sonu kendimi Alanya'ya atayım dedim geldiğime geleceğime pişman oldum. Bu problemlerin kesinlikle Türk kafa yapısından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum. Yalnız olduğunuzda sizi adam yene koymuyorlar. Özellikle de erkekseniz.

Öncelikli olarak tesisimizi tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz.Sizinle gece geldiğinizde ilgilenen şef çalışanımız otel o an dolu olduğu için oda değişimi için sabah resepsiyona gelmenizi söylemiş size,fakat gelmiş olsaydınız müsait oda varsa mutlaka yardımcı olunurdu.Konseptimiz gereği odalarımıza şampuan,sabun,terlik koymuyoruz.Fakat size de verildiği gibi isteyen misafirlere veriyor ve yardımcı oluyoruz.Kış aylarında ısıtma sisteminden kaynaklı sıcaksu ayar dengesizliği hafif de olsa yaşanmıştı fakat bu sorunu çözdük.Tekrar Alanya ya gelmek isterseniz sizi kaldığınız 2 gecenin telafisi olarak daha güzel oda vererek memnun etmek isteriz.Teşekkürler ...

Vergane glorie met uitstekende keuken uitzicht
Het eten van de kaart is superlekker! Iedereen is heel vriendelijk.Het ontbijt is eentonig en sober. Wij hadden de panoramasuites, Het panorama is schitterend, het terras groot. De meubels zowel binnen als buiten zijn echt aan vernieuwing toe. Alles wat in de keuken staat is echt oud en ook dringend aan vernieuwing toe.Niets hoort bij elkaar. Ook de badkamer is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Wij hadden all in en hoefden niets van het versleten keukengerief te gebruiken. Een grondige renovatie en het hotel is terug een parel!
