"There are no words that can be enough to describe our stay here. Everything was excellent !!!!! First let start with San Candido, a town out of a story book. And in the middle is this hotel. We met the owner Frantz, who is everyday there greeting and make sure you have a great stay. Rooms are impeccable and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional and they are willing to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is superb. Very nice ambience, great selection and abundant. They include the renting of bicycles and we used them to ride 40 miles to Leinz in Austria. This ia a must do. Very close to all the mountain attractions. We will definitely come back."

"Our stay at Des Alpes was wonderful! We were given an upgrade in our room so we had a nice deck area to look out to see the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fabulous! There were many choices of delicious and healthy food to choose from. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we realized we had left our passports in the safe when we traveled to our next town. They went above and beyond to help us remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend Des Alpes for travelers to Cortina."
