"A true gem of a resort not to be missed!!!"
This resort is a such a special place where every staff makes each guest feel welcome and a part of the Curtain Bluff family. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beach is gorgeous and the food wonderful. No details are overlooked - you never have to carry a towel as you arrive each morning to a beautifully manicured beach and lounge chairs set for all resort guests. The bar service is wonderful and the wines, particularly those we chose from the wine cellar were some of the best we have ever had. Don't miss out on the wine tasting each Friday with George, and the scuba diving with Junior. The junior suite rooms are worth the extra splurge and we will absolutely be back.....for our 8th time!

"Cool rooms and very relaxing"
We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area, but for our 20th anniversary, we wanted to go somewhere different and chose Antigua's Galley Bay Resort. We stayed in a bungalow which had it's own pool and was a short distance from the pool and beach. The room very comfortable, with an air conditioned bedroom and large bathroom. Most of the guests at the hotel were 65 years old and British, so we did not fit the demographic. We enjoyed a couple's massage and loved dinner at the 2 reservation restaurants Guagain and Ismay's. We played croquet, tennis, and rode bikes around the resort.

"Friendly and comfortable"
Grand Pineapple has an old-fashioned air about it which provides guests with a relaxing stay without having to worry about too much formality. As a woman on holiday alone, I was made to feel welcomed and included. People are friendly and my room was kept spotless. Food and drink is good and plentiful. The beach is fantastic, with a reef which invites exploration.

"Friendly staff"
The staff here makes you feel so welcome. There is plenty to do at the resort as well as nearby, with a beach on the Atlantic and one on the bay. For those on the all inclusive package, the buffets at Docksider offer lots of relatively decent food, but we found the ala carte menu at the Rainbow was generally better quality. For a lighter choice, there is Coco's or the beach grill. And Picolo Mondo is definitely worth the surcharge, especially if you want lobster.

"so many water sports built into package"
I had an amazing time. Everyone is super helpful. Plenty of different restaurants to choose from and they are all good. So many water sports included in the price. The beach is beautiful. Great if you want a beach getaway vacation. More of an older crowd.

"Small quiet hotel spectacular view wonderful staff"
Best holiday experience of a lifetime. From first arrival to final hug on departure I have never been made to feel part of the "family" before in a hotel. This was not an isolated occurrence but the culture of the hotel delivered by the professionalism and attentiveness of all the staff at all times. Spectacular views from our bungalow and all the open air public rooms were a constant reminder of being in "paradise". The food was wonderful with good variety and choice and the experience was truly all inclusive. The hotel is small (30 couples) and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing experience, and not a place for lovers of nightlife and bright lights. Our only disappointment was having to leave, but we will surely return.
