My 2 month old baby my wife and I were woken up at 6AM by the loud music from an event. Even the microphone was very loud. I called the front desk and they simply said that the manager was not there and that there was nothing he could do about it.
We paid for the most expensive suite in the hotel!!!
Had to go down in my pijamas at 6AM to talk to the hotel staff to complain about the noise. They said they were sorry but did not do anything at all.
If you want to rest, DO NOT GO to this hotel. It is not quiet and the events held do not respect the guests, they simply don't care if there is loud noise.
