Last Resort!

Very old and outdated. Really Dirty carpet. Bath dirty. I killed a giant beetle on the wall. Towel bar fell off the wall. Lamp was loose.

Pros: Nothing. Not clean, cigarette smell, no shampoo. Sheets were old and spotty.
Cons: Flies and croaches all over the bathroom and bedroom.

I guess this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The continental breakfast was awful. no variety. They never checked to see if we needed clean towels or washcloths on the second day or third day. I will definately not be staying here again. The only saving grace was that since I booked online I only had to pay $5.00 a night for my dog. If I had rented it in person it would have been $10.00. Just a heads up if your traveling with a pet.

This is sent in regards to and email sent back about my non stay at this hotel. I booked a room at 3 am on the 20th and they didn't allow my grandson to stay like they said and when I booked the cancellation was of the 19 the which was impossible to cancel , so they said they would cancel and they did not. No one used the room . It is sad that you that you can't take a professional employee at there word. They said he could stay no problem but when he arrived they said no but had no problem charging my card. This is not right at all. Poor business if you ask me.i did not agree upon anything except for them to cancel after they would not let him stay.

Worst Hotel EVER!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything!
Dirty, rundown and managed by fairly unfriendly people. Floors were grimy, counters were grimy and tub had mold. Outside had garbage laying around pavement and grass areas that was never picked up. Seemed like everything in room need some repair or had been poorly repaired. When I asked for a "do not disturb" sign, they didn't want to at first. When they did, I was told that it would mean that I would be responsible for the housekeeper losing out on wages. When I requested to cut my reservation short (because I wanted to move to a better hotel), I was told they wouldn't refund my money. Now, I'm the first to admit that I have been trying to make my trip around the US for as little money as possible and understand that in life you get what you pay for. Thus, I'm not expecting luxury. However, I at least expect the place to be clean and not a dump. Especially in light of the fact that I had actually paid more per night for this place than all the others I had stayed in. This hotel is disgusting and my recommendation is that no one books this hotel ever!

The room had bed bugs. Me and my mom had bite marks on our arms.
