Annette was great. She checked us in early as we had been up all night. She was extremely helpful in suggestions for food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was terrific. It was great and we will not forget Annette.

Hostess was very warm & friendly. Also, very helpful with finding sites in the area. Std room that was chosen by me was a disappointment. Other rooms looked to be in better condition. However, dinning facilities were not that clean. Set ups looked to be left out for days & were dusty & now very clean. Place smelled musty. No AC. No screens on windows ...so we couldn't leave them open. Too bad. Good location...just off motorway on Rte26.

Staff and service outstanding. Rooms are dated and need a bit of tlc. It says no smoking but could smell cigarette smoke the whole time. Quiet location at the rear of the building. Nearest eatery about 1 mile away, The Tannery. Very good food.

Ok for sleeping!
Nice place to stay - we were using it only for sleeping . Kind of in nowhere land! However close to train station - parking available. Easy to catch train to Belfast. Owner very friendly and prepared bagged breakfast since our flights took off early. Very accessible to Belfast international airport.

Very friendly and helpful owner - Annette, Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. Would suggest you request an odd numbered room away from the road. The road is quite busy.

Stayed for ulster gp,which was about 10 miles away. Nice couple of pubs for food and drink nearby in Moira Hotel near a busy noisey road. Very nice staff and good breakfast

A lovely family friendly hotel
Received a very warm welcome. We were on holiday with our two granddaughters and Annette was a real star ensuring that their every wish for breakfast was taken care of.

Nice B&B
The staff is very friendly and the place is quite and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Free toiletries, hairdryer and TV in the room. You can relax and travel around the cities of Lisburn and Belfast. Very nice place; I recommend it!

Fantastic B&B with a fantastic owner.
Me and my girlfriend stayed before a wedding. We enjoyed our stay greatly, Annette was a great host and was very welcoming. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious and it had everything we wanted.

Lovely hotel in the quiet countryside
We were so impressed with our stay at Ballinderry Inn. Annette was so incredibly helpful. She helped us with tour plans of Belfast and getting the train from Moira into Belfast. Breakfast was wonderful. It is a very quiet location with no traffic noise at night. This location is probably best if you have a car. The train station is about a mile and a half away. There is a great restaurant just up the road. All in all, I highly recommend the Ballinderry Inn.

Pleasant Stay for 7 Nights
We stayed here for 7 days and the traffic noise didn't bother us in our room. The hotel was convenient for the visits we wanted to make around Northern Ireland as was within close proximity to the Motorway. Breakfast was cooked to order and very professionally done.

Like a home away from home
My wife and I are from Canada and were visiting family in several towns in Northern Ireland for a week. We chose the Ballinderry Inn because it was central and were delighted with the Inn and Annette (the owner). We had a very large and clean room, and the Irish breakfast was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But Annette is by far the gem at the Ballinderry Inn. She was a great host from the outset, but halfway through our visit we had some trouble with our rental car. When Annette heard about it she kindly offered to help us sort it out. It took her about an hour of calling several numbers on her personal phone to work out our issues. She was genuinely concerned about our stay in Northern Ireland as much as at the Ballinderry Inn. We have stayed in many Inns and Bed & Breakfasts in Northern Ireland and have never had more of a warm, welcoming and pleasant experience. Annette is sincere in trying to make your stay as if you were in your own home.

Stayed with family and friends as our boys aged 12 and 13 four of them were taking part in a sports event over the weekend. Annette the owner was truly wonderful, kind and so helpful. She literally pulled out all the stops when the boys coach had no accommodation booked.Even having a full house Annette managed to fit him in. A great place for family.

While it may not be a 5-star hotel, it does deserve 5/5 rating. The landlady is very kind and friendly, she listens to the guests and does her best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. It was a great stay!

Close to airport, friendly staff, but overpriced!
We arrived in the evening and were not able to find anyone to check us in... After ringing the bell a number of times, knocking on the door, the manager arrived to show us to our room. She was very friendly and accommodating, and since the one room looked incredibly cramped for all four of us, she nicely have us two rooms for the night since they were empty. The rooms were NOT clean, and for the money, I thought that it was overpriced! However, if you really need to be at the airport early in the morning like we did, the convenient location made it a good choice. If that had not been the case, I probably would have stayed elsewhere...

Fantastic Service
The owner Annette is the best host you will have. Although the location is not close to the airport or city center, the service you get makes up for it. She helped plan our day, washed our clothes, and took us the train station, all for no extra charge.
