Business stay in Ambassador Suites
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past for business, and have found the facility well-suited to my needs. I should point out that it lacks air-conditioning and there were days that it was very hot. In addition, only one of the two elevators works, and only one of the two windows in the room. Very roomy and well-suited for business meetings (couch, dining room table, chairs, living room table) as well as for self-catering (kitchenette well-equipped). Also very close to central train station (7 minute walk)

Surprisingly nice stay
Hotel was A LOT better than the reviews show. I have a feeling a new property management company has taken over the building and cleaned it up. It was an apartment building turned into rooms. When we arrived we actually were greeted by a nice women in the office who gave us our key. Kitchen we also very helpful and had basic items. I'd stay there again for sure! Also, area seemed pretty safe... there were kids and families running around the streets late at night.

It was boiling hot and has no air conditioner. They provided me with a fan that the cover was missing, in midday of the night i by mistake touch the rotating van and sliced my finger. Now im going to have a scar for life

Be aware this supposed to be an Ambassador Brand ! It's not It's just a non professional Lodging No Ac ,no respects Charged my card extra without my permission.. If below zero rates is possible this is the winner!

Very clean, large room with 2 single beds. Front rooms are noisy, with street noise. Best value in Antwerp . Kitchen could do with more implements and larger pots. But we will stay here again, we did like it a lot.

Not bad
A large clean room and not that far from the train station or the city centre - only a few minute walk. Much cleaner and better than some of the other BE-Housing apartments in Brussels.

It was in a good location and for a good rate. The room was large too. As advertised, they aren’t as clean as a typical hotel to keep costs low. This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who books it

Generous sized apartment spoilt by poor amenities
The rooms were large and warm, if rather basic and shabby. However, the hot water came out of the tap slower than a snail meaning you can’t take a shower and have to bathe in an under-sized bath. In the morning, the demand from other apartments meant sometimes there was no hot water at all. The two-ring electric hob was simply a waste of space, after waiting 35 minutes for a pan of water to boil we complained but the promised repair never materialised, so we gave up and had ate out every night - rather defeating the point of renting a self-service apartment in the first place.

Personal bad experience. Hotel staff were unobliging, managers disregard to our possessions caused us great financial loss. When confronted, there was total indifference from the manager and from the Directors.

Excellent stay at Ambassador Suites Antwerp
I needed a central room within a short walking distance of the main train station and city centre and this hotel was absolutely perfect in every respect for me. It was a very easy 10 minute walk from the station and city centre. The lady working at the front office was very helpful and friendly. And the room was fantastic. It was immaculately clean, the water in the shower was nice and hot, the room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it with a ten our of ten for someone looking for clean, comfortable and affordable lodging in central Antwerp. Thank you.
