Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot. We set the A/C to 18 and left for a few hours. When we returned, the room temperature was 23. We spoke with staff, they came up and said that the A/C wasn't able to cool the room any further and it's beyond their control. They brought us a fan to help, however it didn't do much. The electrical outlet had fallen open and was exposed. We requested a box of tissues twice because they weren't refilled, non were ever brought to us. Upon check out, we were asked about our stay, we again explained the problems we experienced and the response was "OK, thank you, see you next time"??? This hotel is far from a 4 star, very dated and it seemed most things don't work and service is a challenge at best. Very disappointed with our experience!

The staff really made the difference in this hotel! They were great. Once thing needs to be addressed. The restaurant staff were not very pleasant or easy to work with. Every time I spoke with them I felt like I was bothering them. Other than the restaurant staff the hotel was great. Highly recommend....

The hotel is very well situated and has the airport bus stopping just in front which is fantastic. However the hotel was full of business people, not a place free to sit in the lobby. The restaurant was jam packed and noisy. The food was average. I probably will not return again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired and could do with a refreshing paint lift and bathroom modernisation. That having said it didn’t spoil the trip

Our Bed is too soft

Very nice hotel in convenient place.

No availability for dinner at restaurant, was told to go out to restaurant five minutes walk away in the dark along a main road by myself. Went to bed hungry - to find dirty sheets that had to be changed. No plugs near bed or near mirror. Very disappointed and staff seemed unconcerned.

We arrived at the Crowne Plaza mid-evening when it should have been early afternoon, thanks to Eurotunnel’s crass incompetence. Even before checking into our room we headed for the restaurant having not eaten anything substantial since breakfast. The restaurant was relaxed, the staff pleasant and our meals tasted jolly good! Our room was large and quiet. (It would have been larger without two double beds!). We had a wonderful breakfast next morning lingering until 10:00 over endless cups of decent coffee. We were sorry to leave! You wouldn’t stay here if you were planning to visit the city centre of Antwerp. However, it’s really handy for the motorway network. You can easily park for free on the roads at the front or side of the hotel. I paid for the hotel car park which was convenient though there’s a charge

Great location for exhibition centre
Decent hotel which we have used before due to proximity to Exhibition Centre - you can walk to the halls. Only let down by expensive breakfast and very expensive parking.
