Staff pleasant, in shabby hotel
Staff were very good, was allowed to check in early. Room was very tired, broken light fittings, draws snd dirty interior walls. Window looked out on a wall about a metre away. No electric lights on one side of the room, making it quite dark, not subdued but actually difficult to read. No facilities for breakfast in house, due to building work snd had to walk to other side of square in the ice when -1 c which too 5 minutes, no mention or warning of this when booking.

Rethink Park Inn
A brief trip to Antwerp. I thought the Park Inn will be ok. It’s well located and reasonable. We do not stay at Park Inn in the U.S. it is thought to be lower tier. This room is very nice, the hotel is clean and well staffed, well located.

Disappointing
Super conveniently situated next to Antwerpen Centraal station. An exceptionally slimmed down place as far as hotels go. Breakfast was included. What it doesn;t say until you check in is that you will have go across the square to a sister hotel. Through the pouring rain, the freezing fog and whatever happens to come down at that point. There is no bar, obviously no restaurant, sound proofing is non-existent and the whole feeling is one of tiredness. Worn flooring, stained bathroom surfaces. There is small display in the lobby where bottled water, chocolate and nuts can be bought. On the plus side, there are loads of restaurants around and local transport is on the doorstep, trams, bus and metro. Room prices vary per day (huh???) and a request for no housekeeping is ignored. Would I return? No.

Fabulous team makes for a wonderful hotel
Absolutely amazing hotel - super clean and comfortable- the staff at desk could not help you more - the whole team on desk is run by a fantastic ladys - so kind and knowledgeable. If I had a hotel - i would want staff like this . Also the cleaning lady was so kimd and upbeat.

The hotel is maintained well. My issue is with how our bags were handled. My companion and I arrived quite early(we were aware of this and only in Antwerp for 1 day so we decided to leave bags and explore). Bags were placed in a closet at the front of the hotel desk and the agent told us she would tag all of our bags together so they would not get separated. We had 4 luggage pieces and a shopping bag from a very expensive store we visited the day before in Paris. When we arrived back at the hotel at 3:00 Checkin time we did not realize that we made it upstairs without the shipping bag. We went to dinner and explored the city more and never occur to us. The next morning as I was collecting our things I realized the shopping bag was not with us so I went downstairs collect it. It was nowhere to be found. I had a train to catch and was unable to stay until a manger arrived. I have since emailed Raddison 4 times to no avail. No one has even responded to an email. Very upset by this.

Expensive without a value
Booked a standard room in advance. Cost 700USD for 3 nights. Received probability the worst hotel room i ha e ever stayed in. View into the wall ans staircase, pretty much no daylight, not possible to open wondows, so also not a fresh air. A/C not working, only hot air coming. Unbearably warm and airless in the room. Even worse after shower withiut airbvents. Small room with massive furniture, claustrophobia overload and i was alone. Breakfast served in another Radison location, and is pretty forget able, last morning even skipped it. Would not stay again. Expensive withiut added value and that was the cheapest option.

Had a good stay here. Room, bed, bathroom… all new, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. There is a pool, sauna, and gym available too, which is nice. Hotel is right next to train/bus station. Super convenient and easy to make day trips around Belgium. I highly recommend going to Ghent I’d you can, it’s an amazing city. Also, sites around Antwerp are easily walkable and there’s plenty of dining choices nearby. I would stay here again.

It's a good hotel but I accidentally thought this was the 'main' Radisson on the square (where I'd stayed before), it's definitely not the same standard, feels very '90s', a bit tired but good location, staff was mostly friendly although checkout was not clear (I had already paid but they still expected me to queue just to hand over my keycard?).

The location was excellent to the train station. Just a block away. We actually stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel that was across from the Park Inn that is under construction! No compliants about the hotel with the exception that the hotel has no ramp to bring up luggage and there are many stairs with no handrail. No good for people with disabilities!

Con, two times on the breakfast was almost nothing left over to eat even the the time that we whent for breakfast was around 08.00 and 08.45 wat is not acceptable. Pro, overall very friendly staff and a pleasant stay will come back.

Location was great, bed excellent, bed sheets super clean I doid not like the bathroom, my shower was disqusting has mildew and it was so hard to navigate with the water temperature in the shower and I had to call the front desk for help because the water was too hot

Had to leave in the morning without a shower as there was a fault with the plumbing ehich they were unable to fix in time. The offer to use another shower would have involved transferring rooms half dressed, which I had neither the time nor appetite for. They were also unwilling to refund me for the second night I’d booked but didn’t stay - considering the trouble this seems churlish.

Lovely hotel. Room was spacious, very nicely decorated, super comfortable bed, pillows, and duvet. Enjoyed making tea and coffee in the room. Quiet room. Superb staff whose warmth and graciousness made the stay memorable. Lovely large bathroom, attractively appointed. Appreciated having a mini fridge. Highly recommend this hotel. Only a few steps to the train station, short walk to primary historical sites and major shopping street.

Hotel is just 100meters aways from the station, quite convenient for late arriving. Actually it's lucky when I checked in at the hotel. the receptionist asked me if it's fine for us to change the opposite hotel as the hotel was full. Getting my confirmation, we checked in at Radisson blue. Then the receptionist upgrade the room to biz room again. Thank you, all the staffs, :-):-) just after we lost our suitcases in Holland. :-(

The property was well located next to the central train station and zoo. Service was very good and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would recommend to others.
