Central near tube and train

Pros: Friendly welcome
Cons: Breakfast should be included with price. We didn't eat as it was dear.
Location: Great location, very central near train station which has fabulous architecture. Next to tube station too. Shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff very helpful and friendly in reception and the bar. Rooms very comfy, not too hot. Lovely duvet and pillows, bed comfortable. Swimming pool was smaller than expected and lots of people in there so didn't use! Gym looked good. Good food in bar.

Ideal location close to central station and zoo

Would not go again!

Pros: Location
Cons: The smell and the air conditioning
The hotel was overheated and the airconditioning in our room did not work. There was also a musty smell in the entire hotel and a sewage smell in the garage. Not enjoyable.

Great hotel; staff were all very friendly

Hotel was in a great location opposite the beautiful central station. Facilities offered seemed great although we didn't use the pool etc. Staff were all friendly, only slight issue was that we didn't have any coffee sachets with our drinks. We reported it to a receptionist twice and nothing was done to replenish it (the receptionist was a trainee so we will give her the benefit of doubt). We didn't follow up the complaint as we managed to take some coffee sachets from the cleaning trolley on our second day.

Good stay, nightmare check out.

Amazing breakfast. Finally a hotel chef that prepares scrambled eggs properly. 15 minute wait for check out was terrible.

Ideal for business travellers

Convenient location for train traveller from/to Brussel. Good breakfast , strong Wi-Fi and a nice gym.

Birthday get away

The hotel appears a little bit dated but the service was good. Breakfast was an excellent choice served in a beautiful room with views towards the impressive railway station. The hotel is located with in walking distance of all the main points of Antwerp and plenty of places to eat close by. My only gripe is the cost to park at the hotel.

Antwerp Radisson Blu

This hotel looks amazing on the pictures and from outside. When you walked in, reception, restaurant, breakfast area are modern and pleasant. Stuff is helpful. Rest of the hotel is very old-fashioned and this was very disappointing for me as I expected Radisson Blu not some old hotel. The room was ok. Bathroom old and mine had mould on the ceiling. I received 20 Euros off my room but this is not enough. Asking for 146 Euros per night is far too much for such hotel and mould in the bathroom. Swimming pool does not look as nice as it is on the pictures. The whole area is old and I mean old. Sauna is not a proper sauna. If you expect at least 90 degrees in the Swedish sauna forget it. It was more like a relaxing room to me. Steam room seemed to be very steamy. Swimming pool by itself looked ok.

comfortable stay and convenient location

i got a good deal on the hotel and due to my club Carson status they upgraded me to the business class room with a king size bed. Comparing to the other Radissons, the room is smaller, but it makes up by gorgeous view to the city and/or the central station square. comfortable bedding and standard Radisson bathroom settings and toiletries. It had a swimming pool, my time was tight didn't check it out. If arrive by bus or train, the location can't be beat, just across from the central station main entrance. The restaurant for breakfast is airy and has good views all around. The things need to improve: the window turn knob was broken and it took a while to get it fixed, regular maintenance needs to step up; The breakfast doesn't have fresh orange juice presser, and green leafs salad is not offered, which is very strange. All in all, recommended. It's a Radisson after all.

Very good hotel near station

Pros: Most of it.
Cons: The decor
Location: The location is excellent and right by the railway station. Everything is walkable.
The hotel has all the facilities you need, albeit the decor is a bit tired. Wi-fi worked really well an buffet breakfast was excellent. More than anything the staff were great and very friendly.
