rooms were not clean, personnel was rude, towels had holes! No soap in dispensers. we had a very unpleasant stay

Nice Weekend in Antwerp

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada for two nights during a visit to Antwerp... for us, it was a good location splitting the distance between the downtown sights and relatives in the area. The room was large, clean, and comfortable however the inability to turn off the entrance foyer lights without pulling the room card out of the master switch was annoying... we were unable to locate a separate switch for them. The underground parking garage was clean, convenient, and reasonably priced and, although we did not partake in their breakfast due to our time constraints, it did look tasty with a wide variety of foods. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I had 10 rooms booked. The main thing that spoilt it for us was the expensive breakfast and the very poor quality cereals for breakfast. Keloggs cornflakes sold throughout the world , yet here cheap cerals very expensive breakfast. As we book between 10 15 rokms and are visiting the city quiet often will have to revaluate when booking Antwerp again. As the expensive breakfast makes it an expendive room and there are more hotels with breakfadt included cheaper in this city. Hotel was nice though.
