Great hotel
This was our second stay at this hotel, it has been renovated since last time and it was absolutely amazing, we had a great stay, got a complimentary upgrade and received great service from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Antwerp.

The room is great. I skipped breakfast which is outrageously expensive although it is the same as in the Ibis budget. Breakfast was outstanding until 2021. I'll be back.

Great location, clean & good restaurant.
Hospitality was overall were good. Although I must say I didn't really feel that welcome or seen at all. When I checked in, the male staff member was occupied with what I assume was friends. And kept chatting a little even though he attended me. Then after flickering keyboard and tapping the mouse several times he took another guest in between. I let all of this happen because I was not in a hurry, environment is very nice and clean. Then he excused himself to me, saying "those people are a little bit special". Okay, the second after a guest leaves its okay to trash talk? Female hospitality worker was completely opposite, service minded and have manners that few others do. Elevators are a prank, we didn't get stuck or anything like it. But during our short stay we had several comments with other guests as well.. Housekeeping raises the grade by itself. 10/10

The room was very big we've booked hotel very late easily checked in there was free parking the carpet in the room could do with cleaning the hotel is very close to the Motorway staff are friendly and polite didn't have time to use amenities.

Restaurant, bar and rooms are very easy to find, good structure... We don't like the black furniture in the room, because with the very little lights, it's difficult to find everything. Parking on site is expensive!

Great place South of the city
It's a perfect hotel, but breakfast is really overpriced, especially when you don't consider breakfast as the only meal you'll do during the day. Except for that, everything is tops.

love this hotel as easy access to son's college but also easy to get into / out of city centre. e10 by cab from Berchem station. Staff helpful, friendly. Breakfast a bit chaotic (but we should have got up earlier!)

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay. Clean rooms with all needed facilities. Helpful staff at the reception. However, some misunderstandings with credit card charges. Because they charge you an even bigger sum than your stay is and the charge is still kept active even after checking-out and paying for your stay directly at the reception. Was assured that the charge from my credit card will be cancelled after check-out but it was not - needed to contact them once again. Would have been nice if they just explained the situation in details during check-in, instead of just telling that they need your credit card for a reservation completion, because such a big charge was an unpleasant surprise.

Please give ALL information about hotel!
We knew when booking the hotel that we would pay to park at the Hotel but when we arrived we were told that there were no more parking spaces available. This was not noted on the hotel website or booking information. We parked on the street and our car was OK but it still was a shock. We brought almost all of our things into the room!!!

Very slow to makeup the rooms.
Nice hotel in general..... However, on the 5 nights I stayed there’s I returned to the hotel after 5pm to find my room had not been done. On one day they didn’t actually come in to makeup my room (without knocking) until 620pm.

Good location
Good location next to tram and a 35 min walk to the centre at a brisk pace. Parking next to the hotel is €3 for 24hrs which is v cheap compared to the hotel charges. No milk in room coffee. In terms of ‘spa’facilities, there is gym equipment but just a sauna - nothing else. Staff very helpful at reception and bar is nice although some staff didn’t know how to make the drinks on the menu.

Indeed, our fitness area has 4 cardio machines. We can also recommend 'running tracks' near the hotel. Guests are welcome to jog in the park next to the hotel, too. Our free gym comes with sauna, also. Please note that we offer a wide variety of drinks and cocktails. While all of our bar team are trained, occasionally we may introduce new cocktails, in which case, our team members will need a little longer to become experienced in making such drinks. Good place for business trip
The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty choices for the the breakfast buffet including DIY waffle. A supermarket just located around 5 mins walking distance. Every good place for business trip.

Great family hotel
The hotel is conveniently located 10 mins from Antwerp central. A beautiful lobby and friendly front desk staff are welcoming. Large, comfortable room for a family of four with plenty of amenities. Best hotel during our trip!

Antwerp ring road hotel.
Relatively small breakfast area for size of hotel. Very busy with large groups so we even early, no free tables. Dinner in bar was ok, but limited choice. Location was good for quick access to ring road and south.

The hotel was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only one minor drawback, the bathroom fan stays on all night causing noise. The food in the restaurant was unimpressive. Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English.
