"Nice hotel right across the street from the station.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Staff can speak english as well.
I enjoyed my stay. I would stay with them again if I pass by again. Thank you for your hospitality. "
"Didn’t utilise everything it had to offer but all in all, it’s a cozy hotel, with good staff. Doesn’t have heaps to offer but it forces you to explore and not stay in your room. If there was any complaints, it’s that the room was really warm and you couldn’t change the air con, but nothing opening the window can’t fix."
"This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!"
