Close to the beach

It's not a 4 stars , Pros: staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was delicious. Cons: too noisy, mosquitoes inside the rooms without having to open the windows, no body wash/gel they never resolved that problem, Not enough pillows, only one pillow, the shower room did not have a door!! The amenities seemed old not taken care of, overall I would give it a 2.9 rating.

Close to beaches and shopping

Pros: close to shopping areas, restaurants, food places, tour information, transportation, ATM machines as well as money exchange kiosks. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the bed was very confortable, very clean rooms, with enough things. Friendly staff(sometimes). Cons: wifi was terribly slow, had to log in all the time, when asked staff for soap because it ran out, we were never given it, the tv never turned on, laundry, put The clothes on the basket they never picked it up and we were told to let them Know 24 hours in advance, so that was a huge inconvenience. Also bring repellent because you will be eaten alive by mosquitoes even inside the room when checking out we had to wait over an hour outside the lobby and it is not a closed area, it is humid and bunch of mosquitoes, we needed to wait for our transportation to the Airport. Also at nights, there was some beeping noise coming from the upper floors, that was very annoying i had to check outside to see what that was, some alarm of some sort.

Situated close to shops an beaches

Pros: The pool, breakfast nice variety of food
Cons: maintenance ,pool has some cracks .Corridors should be clean more often .
Location: Location was good i didn't like like the entrance of the hotel , The lane that take you to the hotel is discussing .
Room was dirty upon arrival,bathroom full of hair . I saw the manager and she sent someone to clean, it was left the same.I made my bed practically everyday ,their services was discussing ,the bed look like they never made it. . Didn't replace tea or coffee . I think they are careless about the cleanliness of the rooms. Other than that the food for breakfast was excellent .

good hotel, bad service

Good hotel, bad service. None of the staff speak decent English, my stay was good but was spoiled during check out when I wasn't allowed to bring one of the 'complimentary' water bottles with me? Also, because check out took them so long, the hotel driver I ordered lectured me on being 5 minutes late. If you don't care much about service the hotel is pretty good.

Hotel has gone down in standard.

We stayed here around 8-9 months ago. It was excellent. This trip we notice that hotel wifi was not strong n most of the time not working. Swimming pool used to have water falling from elephants mounts , now no more. Pool was too deep at 1.4 m. Should have some part lower for short people. So they can enjoyed. Our room 207 has shower glass door half missing, only one side table beside bed. All the hotels we stayed had small side table at both side. Look like hotel have No money so cutting cornor. This is our 4th time stay here n our last time.

Everything was ok but staff

Good location, good ptice but staff at check in counter were not really approachable. Also I requested for ONLY 1 hour late check out and they charged me for 800batt which is half price of room rate. Stupid service. So If your flight is at evening time, please use other hotels...

As this issue of late check out if our situation is so tight the late check out offered will not available as our check in time of the next guest is at 14:00 hrs. so the latest check out time should be at 12:00 hrs. as our staff need some more time to have the room clean up for the next one. For the most convenience solution that we offered is keeping your belonging at our storage room, the hotel area which is available for your relaxation such as pool area, tropical garden area which was provided both the mattress for laying down and set of table and chairs to rest if you need to refresh up before leaving the resort the free shower room is provided if it is needed. hotel is cosy but not near the beach

Cons: THERE IS NO TOOTHBRUSH ??
Location: SHOULD HAVE FREE SHUTTLE FACILITIES ..
Hotel is cosy & room is clean & good ONLY not near the beach and dont have FREE SHUTTEL FROM HOTEL TO :- 1) NO AIRPORT TRANSFER 2) FREE SHUTTLE TO NIGHT MARKET 3) FREE SHUTTLE TO MALLS

Stop looking, book this hotel!!

Pros: The breakfast was the best part. So much to choose from, with lots of staff! I'm not sure what else they could add.
Cons: The wifi was a little touchy in my upper rooms, but great in common areas!
Location: Location was just off the beach side boardwalk, Great beach side restaurants nearby! Only ones in Ao Nang.
location of this hotel is in possibly the best part of Ao Nang! Great pools, and grounds....almost no reason to leave resort! Transportation to and from airport on shuttle is easy and cheap to find. I booked my day trips from lobby with pick up and drop off at front door! My rooms....second time at resort....modern with big bathrooms, with excellent air conditioning. Nice place to take midday siesta! I really did enjoy this resort!
