“So first off, Expedia didn't book the reservation correctly and they were at full capacity. Expedia basically said "oh, no problem, we'll put you somewhere else" without realizing, that, well, no, that actually is a problem and Expedia sucks. If I can't count on you to keep a reservation, you're not useful to me so this will be the last time I use Expedia for a trip. That all said, Craig at the front desk somehow figured it out. He made a few calls and a room magically opened. I assume this……

“This was such a wonderful home, I would love to book it again! The house itself is clean and inviting, with lots of space for two people. The host was amazing to work with and quick to communicate. The location itself is quite literally steps away from downtown Apex which has so many shops that accommodate to just about any interest. Also, we have an electric vehicle and a level 2 charger was just in front of us at the town hall parking lot. Worked out well for us! We will be back! :)”

“There was a misunderstanding on the home being pet friendly, within 30 minutes of checking in I received an urgent call from owner who charged a large fee to us for having the dogs. He was rude and wanted us to check out early so they could have extra time to clean. I was only looking for a pet friendly home and am not sure how this happened, he wanted to make sure our dogs did not get on the furniture which they don't at home anyhow. I felt very uncomfortable in the house the entire time as……

“Unfortunately, this was not a five-star stay. We experienced multiple housekeeping, maintenance, and general upkeep issues that were disappointing and not what I expected from the property. At check-in, several basic supplies were missing, including washcloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen towels, and adequate paper towels. I also provided photos documenting housekeeping concerns. Several areas were not clean, including, but not limited to, the shower and silverware drawer. I……
