“Paid, Stayed, 7-days. had to change room, after first night." Room not cleaned, coffee maker & micro wave filthy. Bathroom-Fan & wall mount A/C, Loud & Noisy. Asked to have this attendened to. Returned 8-hours later and nothing. I insisted on another room.
New room as one expect clean! King bed matress lumpie. Asked for new bath towels, and nothing, Asked to have room made up 4th. on forth day, Nothing. Went to front desk to get towels in person and & got them.

“Worst breakfast ever! Limited options and limited amount for guests. Only ate breakfast there the first day. Booked this hotel to save $ on a meal and proximity to Sky Park. I also asked if a 1st floor room was available because my husband has a handicap. The front desk told me they were booked out but the parking lot was empty. I think you didn’t want to bother with the effort to change the accommodation. I forgot to request ADU when I booked the room.”
