"There was nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite & helpful, the location was perfect for us as we went to Disney four days out of our trip. I was disappointed in the fact that one night we came back from Disney and outside our room smelled like weed as well as a heavy police presence near our building. The police were looking for someone and I had my son with me. That wasn’t fun explaining to him. Also, my room had an issue with the ac however maintenance came within about 15 mins and fixed it. Like I said, the staff were professional and polite. And also, I found two bugs in my room. I’m not sure what kind but I don’t like bugs. I used to stay here all the time as a child but I don’t think we will be back. "

"This hotel was clean and felt safe. The staff was great. I wished we’d had two bathrooms, and be aware that the “2-bedroom” is actually a 1-bedroom with beds in the living room. The pool was very nice, and there was a game room and other amenities we didn’t use."

"My first room was disgustingly dirty with hair all over the washroom, the carpet was filthy and smelled like mold. Then to my surprise I looked up and the whole ceiling had black mold. I went to front desk where they moved me to another room without carpet and gave me a dinner voucher, which I didn’t use. Than the next day I had cockroaches run over me in my new room. Which made me feel even dirtier than the first room. Went to front desk where they didn’t seem to worried, even security just said oh no big deal they just come from the water. I stated it is a big deal they are gross and invasive creatures. I checked out of this hotel that day and shockingly they only refunded me the days I didn’t stay. When they should have refunded my whole stay for inconvenience of moving from room to room to new hotel. I lost some belongings in these moves as well. As being in this hotel was giving me the creeps of what’s next. I don’t recommend this hotel as it’s one thing after another. The outside is well kept and is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. We switched to the Wyndham on idrive and this hotel for roughly same price is 100% better. Also if your looking for shuttles to Disney parks good luck. They accommodate more for universal then the Disney parks and their shuttle is a black old school bus that is broken and shouldn’t be on the road. I hurt my back when we went over a speed bump. Took that once and Lyft the rest."

"I think over all what this place has to offer is great but the condition needs some serious work. You absolutely need to check the beds before you lay in it. One of our mattress was completely soiled in urine. Seems like the cleaners just went in and redid the bed with the same sheets because the entire bed smelled! They did try to make it right and gave us a new room but that just shows the lack of cleaning but in doing so our room had different furniture and some accommodations missing. So not all rooms look the same. Bathroom light lags after flipping switch, toilets flush extremely loud so heads up lol. There was no ice machine on the second floor, elevator did not work, renovation seems to be happening on the restrooms by the pool restricting some access. This place is ok if you are staying just for a night or two. "

"This hotel was AMAZING! I absolutely loved this place for a girls trip from LA. We loved the food options, restaurants walking distance, amenities, activities, and the morning breakfast with great variety. Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day without ask, lobby and hallways smelled clean! Shuttles were provided with routes to all disney parks including Disney Springs, and to make reservations were very easy! Only minor thing was evening and overnight staff were rude and dismissive over minor questions, but morning staff was so kind! We already have our next trip planned here for next year and we cannot wait to be back!"

"This was a great hotel. There were only a few issues during my stay 1) There was significant police activity a few rooms down from me, with about 5+ offers present, I think because someone may not have paid and then refused to leave their room. 2) If you are sensitive to smells (esp. if they can trigger migraines), this hotel pumps some sort of scene through its vent system, at least it seems that way. And it was strong. 3) The bedrooms don't have much light in them, so the room can be very dark at night. Other than that, everything was great. The outdoor jacuzzis and lazy river looked beautiful (it was too cold to go in when I visited). The dining area was very well kept and prepared, with a nice selection of food. And the staff were very professional. I had a pretty peaceful stay here while traveling for business."
