non smoking room smelt like smoke, dirty cigerette butts in the trashcan. no hot water. front counter staff didnt even smile and was not pleasant.

Key cards have to be issued every day. Buffet is a joke. Building needs alot of work done. No acess for carts to move your items in or out. Bathrooms need to have repairs. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff were really nice it’s just the hotel smelled and the beds are worn out. Not to mention a train track is right behind the hotel and it kept us up most of the night.

Have always stayed at this location and never had a bad experience until this trip. Went to take shower and water didn't get hot. My 2 hour coffee in my yeti cup was warmer then the water turned all the way to high. Went to front desk and told them and the guy said want me to change rooms No water is still going to be the same maybe not turn your boiler down somehow the water is t even warm. But we stayed anyway and checked out early

The staff are great! I traveled here for work and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. Its location is ideal too for travelers. Close to two major highways. Definitely recommend!

My reservation was incorrect. The women at check in refused to run my card for the room, but had tried to run it twice before I checked in. She called to confirm I was coming, made it clear I would pay at property, she then attempted to run my card for two rooms. When I called she attempted to run my card again, after I again stated that I would pay upon arrival at property. Once I arrived at property, she saw my card and refused to run it, stating that the hotel doesn’t accept that banks debit card or my visa credit card. I was confused. She then canceled my reservations or so she said, the next night another attempt to run my card occurred.

This was exactly what we needed a cheap fairly nice place, showing its age (paint peeling in some areas). The hallway outside our room smelled strongly of smoke - think it was from the back stairway. The staff was outstanding and friendly - the bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was good, had what we needed.

The front desk staff were all very nice and friendly. Very sweet ladies! The property was very clean, close to everything i needed during my trip. And nice and quiet even though its on the main road. Will definately stay here again.

My first room was next to screaming children however the front desk quickly switched me to a quiet area. There was a train nearby that came thru blowing it's whistle a few times. Very pleasant front desk staff.

Good on a budget
Only 4 small pillows on a king bed, brrakfast was very limited with. O meat or eĝs anfd no hot whirlpool. For 63 dollars a night it was above average but not great. At 100 a night it would have been sub par. We are buildi g a nrw hime nrarby and probably use it again.

The room smelled very bad. The night manager said they had just changed all the rooms to non-smoking rooms two week prior to our stay, but ours had been a smoking room and it reeked. She gave me a can of spray deodorizer but it did not help. In addition, to that, there was no not water in the shower. I would rate it as the 2nd WORST hotel room I've ever had.

In checking your reservation, it was booked for a basic king room and then was changed to a double queen room. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. You can always confirm with Expedia that you reserved a certain room type.
