I loved the price for the accommodations. The best part is that the owner himself took very good care of me and all my needs! He was my personal concierge and spared nothing to make sure that not only was I taken care of, but that the other guests were taken care of as well. He even drove me into town in his personal car since all I was was my work truck and a 40’ Gooseneck trailer. He was extremely personable and helpful. I am going to plan a trip back here later in order to bring my wife and may even make stopping at his business a yearly thing. That is how much of an impression JR (the owner) left on me! I highly recommend this place!!!

RJ the owner is absolutely wonderful. He's a wonderful host and business man. I felt like part of the family falling to him. The place is small but it was perfect. It's very intimate, comfortable bed, smart TV, quiet area, access to a lot of State Parks. 10/10 recommend and will stay again

I received a warm,friendly greeting from the owner/manager as soon as i arrived. He gave me a brief tour and explained everything I'd neeed to know. The room was immaculate and comfortable.

It was a nice motel for overnight rest. The property out back in the parking lot has some muddy areas that need to be repaired. It is not a large property but, cozy.

JR, the owner, met us out front and showed us the room and it amenities. He was very friendly and offered us ideas of what to do in the area as well as recommending a great restaurant in Kane. I enjoyed visiting with him and would recommend this property highly. It is a small but cozy room and probably the best value in the area.

Awesome stay!
What a pleasure! Host JR was very welcoming and the room was adorable and had a lot of little touches, like a Keurig and napkins. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I imagine it was a pillow top mattress. Very happy and will definitely be staying here the next time I visit warren instead of the overpriced other options!

Owner was friendly and generous with service. The place is rough around the edges and rustic. Best as a place to crash if you had an adventurous busy day and need sleep as the rooms are small.
