A very convenient spot I was hoping for one of the newer renovated rooms, but unfortunately, wasn’t able to get that. Rooms are definitely dated but clean. I was concerned for bedbugs because of reviews, but I looked and mattress coverings were all new and very clean. No signs. Hallways smelled of cig smoke but my room had no hint of the smell. I’m very particular about it too. Breakfast was subpar but staff was very friendly.

The outside of the building is now run down and disheveled. Walking in, the lobby was bright and clean, and staff was personable. In my room half of the lights didn’t work, and if the fan/light in the bathroom was turned on, the room was filled with an awful rattling noise. Pool and hot tub were an odd shade of blue green and yellow green.

The outside looked fine, the problem was when I stepped into the hotel, Right when you enter the place the first thing you can sense is a strong smell of cigarette which I didn’t like at all but I had already made my reservation and couldn’t cancel. The lady at the front office was nice, can’t complain only thing I didn’t like is that they take a photocopy of your ID and your credit card. The room we got didn’t smell like cigarette (thank god) it seemed clean, I checked the blankets and they were clean, bathroom was clean and had hot water which was really important to me, everything is a little bit outdated but functional. I got the room right next to the side entrance and I could hear every time someone would enter or exit, I heard the steps on the top floor and the cars on the street, so if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this is probably not for you. Overall I would say if you just want a place to sleep is ok but I would rather pay a little bit extra for a better place.

A large group was checking in when I arrived and it took about 15 minutes to check in with only 1 person at the check in desk. Also, with a full hotel, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

The property smelled clean when you walked into the lobby but the prevailing lingering cigarette smell in the elevator and in the hallway and occasionally in our non-smoking room, was not pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the morning was very good.

This was a one night stop on a family trip. Check in was easy, staff was friendly at check in and breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet yet close to the highway for easy on and off.

The next time I would ask for a room in the rear away from the highway noise. Also not get the room on the end of the of the building near the exit, the customer traffic in and out all night very noisy.

The front desk person and the morning breakfast person were friendly. However advertising a pull out couch in our room was a lie, hot breakfast was only microwaved eggs, no waffles even though the machines were there. Our king size bed only had two pillows we had to go down to the front desk for two more. The hallways were dirty and the room had a smell.
