"Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great communication especially when there was internet glitch with the internet provider (so not issue of host). They went above and beyond to make sure we had a place for us to watch/stream the Packers game on Thanksgiving and issue was fixed by Friday morning. Great space in both homes and we loved the event barn. Did dinner in there one night as well as a Paint Your Partner Challenge and watched the Bears on the big screen tv. Beautiful views and the animals were a bonus for the grandkids. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Galena. The layout is perfect for family gathering with lots of space in the kitchen, family rooms and outdoor space. The rooms were well equipped with even a roll-out cot for kids, and a crib as well. The hot tub was clean and worked very well. All instructions about the property and expectations were clearly posted which made staying there a breeze. We also loved the 3 seasons room with projector which made for a cozy spot to watch the World Series playoff games. Thank you to the hosts for an immaculate stay and their generous hospitality. We hope to return in the upcoming year for another round of family fun! "

"A group of 12 stayed on this beautiful and clean property for a weekend. Three families comfortably fit in the house with room to spare. We also had the pleasure of walking the trails and interacting with the animals on the ranch. Thank you for a memorable weekend! "

"Lovely secluded location with a beautiful kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and baths. We came for a horseback riding weekend and this location couldn’t be beat. Horses stayed 5 minutes up the road and we got to share the lovely property with the cows and donkeys as well as lots of wildlife Just what you want for a relaxing weekend out of the city. Courteous caretaker that asked if it was okay to feed the cows at the regular time- our answer was “of course!” We were happy to all have our own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for cleaning up before dinner. Perfect mix of rustic with modern conveniences for our group. Close enough to Galena for meals and shopping but a nice private location away from the hubbub. "
