“service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point ”

“Poor breakfast, with a couple of foods, including sausages, not available and juice machine not working. Also, tub drained very slowly with about 3” water remaining when we checked out. Staff wasn’t very friendly when questioned about juice machine by my wife! Otherwise, location of the hotel for needs was great!!”

“To whoever reads this review, The room smelled like mildew, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The couch in the room was stained and very dirty. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the cleanliness or condition of the room.”

“We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled! Thank you to everyone who is doing a great job there!”

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called……

“You’re getting exactly what you pay for here. It’s an older budget motel—not the Ritz—and there are definitely some quirks. My TV never cooperated, the A/C acted more like a fan, and you can tell the building has been around for a while. But here’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of two: the room was clean, the rates were very affordable, and every staff member I dealt with was genuinely kind. When I accidentally ruined my room key, they unlocked my room right away and brought me a new key……

“Host was very accommodating with good communication and allowing us to check in an hour early. Home was clean and comfortable. However, during our one night stay we did run out of toilet paper early in the morning, no other rolls were in the bathroom or storage closet. Host did respond to messages about this and a single roll was provided a few hours after communication began, but it still did not help the situation in the moment. Overall we did have a good experience but it is just……
