Arrived at room to find that the entire carpeted area under the vanity sinks was soaked. The smell of the floor area was very strong of mildew. We let the staff know of the issue, more to let them be aware of a potential issue with plumbing etc. They were quick to move us to another room which was great. I was to have been discounted 10% for the inconvenience although ultimately I was charged even more than my original rate?!?! Sad to say I just wanted to go home the next day therefore I didn't want to dispute it at that time. The hot tub also had reminants of what felt like cement crumbling. As I tried to relax and walk around the hot tub I continuously stepped on this.
