Arrived at room to find that the entire carpeted area under the vanity sinks was soaked. The smell of the floor area was very strong of mildew. We let the staff know of the issue, more to let them be aware of a potential issue with plumbing etc. They were quick to move us to another room which was great. I was to have been discounted 10% for the inconvenience although ultimately I was charged even more than my original rate?!?! Sad to say I just wanted to go home the next day therefore I didn't want to dispute it at that time. The hot tub also had reminants of what felt like cement crumbling. As I tried to relax and walk around the hot tub I continuously stepped on this.

Jesse made us feel welcome. The staff was very accommodating. The room was oddly laid out. The sink was right next to the door and when you opened it, you had to do it slowly because you didn't know if there was someone there at the sink/mirror, and how dressed they were. The mattress on one of the beds would slide (like 6 inches) when you sat down on it. We were continually pushing the mattress back over.

Family wedding in Fond du lac

somewhere to stay after the packers game

Cons: There wasnt very much food for the morning breakfast.
Location: really didnt make the time to look around
we didn't have much time at the hotel, we pretty much just slept there. But it was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice when i called to make sure are rooms were still waiting and when we checked in.

Nice vaction motel for the price

Employees were very nice and available to help in any way you may need. Room was clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable. A/C worked great, which is something that didn't work at another motel I have stayed at. The furniture could be updated and it wouldn't hurt to have the rooms repainted, although they were clean.

Nice hotel but pool and hot tub down during stay.

Staff and hotel was nice. I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down during my stay. That was an important selling point when I made the booking. The staff said I could walk over to the holiday inn and use their pool during my stay. The pool was very small and they didn't have a hot tub. I think I should have been offered a discount on my stay.

God awful. Place was run-down and the room smelled like spoiled food. Asked for another room but that one smelled like carpet cleaning chemicals. Asked to cancel our stay and could not get a refund through the hotel because I booked online and no response from the online site I went through. Hotel staff was laughing and lounging behind the counter in an unprofessional manner. Fans blowing in the hallway, weeds growing up in the parking lot, front door was filthy. Creepy feeling all around. Something very wrong here.
