Old and tired

Pros: Not much
Cons: New mattress, new carpet, new paint.
Location: Hard to get to.d
The bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had ants in the room and when told with the morning staff, he knew. Did not seem like a big deal to him.

The intention was never to have the guest feel that the apology was insincere and made to feel like the situation was not important. Nice place for a reasonable price

A clean, quiet, safe place to stay. Would stay there again. Price was very fair for the accommodations provided. Not a luxury hotel, but not represented as one.

POOL WATER WAS TOO COLD

Pros: Room was fine
Cons: Pool water temps
Expectation of staying at a hotel with a pool is to use it not view it because the water is too cold to swim :(

Did the job for what was needed, a one night business stay. Strong smell of curry in the hallway made for an unpleasant walk to my room. Thankfully the smell did not follow into the room I was staying in.

Great for a quick stay

Hotel was clean and quiet, front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is nothing fancy but met our needs for a quick, overnight stay. The breakfast buffet is simple, not a huge selection, but again, met our needs. We stayed on a Sunday night and we were completely satisfied so booked again when we needed to stay in the city a week later.
